Love my Kona!

Great little peppy car! Zippy on highways and safe on community roads, the visibility is good, sounds fantastic, gas consumption is low.. just an all around great car. I’m very pleased with my choice.

Great looking fun car to drive good on gas really enjoy it

I would recommend this vehicle two others or at least have them look at the Hyundai brand the service is great vehicles are great. When my son is ready to drive I will definitely look into a Hyundai for him

inexpensive transportation

still waiting for key fob replacement. Handle slot to close tailgate has very sharp edges, cut hand. polite convenient dealership, near home--------------------------------------------------------------------

overall good for the price

I do like my car overall so far it has been good i have a problem with transmission but it does not happen all the time and the service dept say its ok . but problem does not happen all the time (if i go from going up a hill back to level road the car has hesitation in lowering the gear or if i go from going down a hill to a level road the same . it does not happens a lot but mostly on humid days . dealer can not find anything wrong . other than that it is a great car

Great compact stylish SUV

We have been very happy with our new 2021 Hyundai Kona SEL Plus. It's a very stylish small SUV that we've taken on road trips and around town. Good gas mileage and plenty of room but even more so when the rear seats are folded flat. Had it a year now and quality is great, no problems except for a recall that was handled nicely by our dealer.

Great car my favorite Hyundai model!

Exceeded all expectation! It is a very smooth ride, has a slick style and extremely well run. Could not have asked for a better vehicle. I went from the Hyundai Elantra to the Kona and the difference is night and day. The only thing I would want to change is to have this car as an electric vehicle in the coming years. Otherwise it's perfect!

Great for cross country road trip

I drove this car 6,500 miles from NJ to CA and back in 14 days. It was amazing. Best parts were adaptive cruise control, blindside warnings, Apple Car Play for google maps and Spotify, gas mileage and an amazingly comfortable seat and driving position.

It's a very nice vehicle. I like the quickness and drivability of the Kona. The blue color is attractive. It seems to start every time. Having the fold down back seats is convenient when transporting goods.

overall a great vehicle

i love the styling. it drives very nimbly, im glad I dont have the dsg gearbox . . I would like the horsepower it provides, but they dont shift nearly as smoothly. I got the chance to drive my car in the snow last month on a very steep driveway, and it did all I asked of it, granted it was just about 3 inches of snow. the interior design is great too. the houndstooth design on my cloth seats took some getting used to, but I understand they have since changed the design. I love it, the size is perfect for me, not too big or too small.

Great vehicle for the price

Lots of standard features on the Ultimate trim make it a no-brainer if you're looking for a fun-to-drive, economic package with a great warranty. It's a safe car but it's small - this really is for the budget minded or someone looking for a runabout or solid transportation. If you're sold on Hyundai but have more than one adult and a medium sized dog, at least drive the Tucson or Santa Fe.

For me, it’s a good temporary car

For me, it’s a good temporary car. I love the features that the car comes with, entertainment system is amazing, rightly priced. My only issues are the minimal leg room in the backseat, small trunk, and, I don’t know if it’s just with my car, but there is a hesitation in acceleration more often than I’d like. Which is definitely a safety issue. I don’t know if it’s just in my car or a problem with most Kona, but there has not been a recall on the car for that issue. So I might just be in my car, I will be getting a checked soon.

Love my Kona!

I knew when I bought the car it was a bit of a rough ride but now I start to worry about things starting to rattle. (Not yet though) The stereo system sounds great in the Limited. The thing I dislike most is the fog lights go off when high beams are on and when turning.

Perfect Size Car

I love my 2021 Kona! It is a sharp looking car re the interior and exterior and is a pleasure to drive! This is the second time leasing it and most likely will lease another Kona again when it is time to turn it in. It’s the perfect size for me and it serves all my purposes. It’s very easy to get in and out of, gives excellent mileage, and trunk size meets my needs. Overall, it’s a great car for the money!

Nice car but issues the dealerships are too busy to fix

For the most part we enjoy our Kona but there have been issues with the electronics, trim and engine recalls that dealerships are too busy to fix. The rear trim on the hatch fell down and blocked my view. It was 6-weeks to get an appointment despite being unable to see out the back. I took it to a local mechanic to fix. I was told the engine recalls have overwhelmed the dealers and repairs like mine need to be delayed. No loaners are available either and this is my primary vehicle.

I'm Happy I bought This car

I had no car for 25 years and then decided it was time to buy one. I am not looking for fancy or status, just a good,m reliable vehicle and this gives me everything I need. So far, no problems, and I hope that remains so.

Stylish but enough storage

This vehicle is ok but not what I was expecting as far as storage since it's classified as a small SUV. There is very little leg room in the back. Driver side door panel s limited on space, no room for a drink. Not satisfied the the gas mileage/range.
