More than I bargained for

The Palisade I purchased has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone. Outstanding value in all respects. It compares favorably with anything in its category and has performed extraordinarily well in the 11 months and 43k miles I have had it.

Engine problem ( tapping noise in engine )

I’m have 2020 palisade limited. The first day I’m buy the truck In cold starts have tapping noise in the engine. Im drop in the dealer for more 3 times and every time says different stories and never fix the problem. Im very disappointed with the service and the truck.

I like everything about this vehicle except the odor.

This is an excellent vehicle in every way except for the strong, persistent odor.. Hyundai has replaced the headrests twice to try to eliminate the odor, but that has not worked. They suggested immersing the inside of the seatback and headrests with odor-free fabreze, which I declined, not wanting another liquid poured or sprayed into a seatback that contains a/c and heating elements, and rex=cognizing that spraying fabreze through the headrest holes would not result in an even distribution of the liquid, and could damage seat components, create mold, or other permanent smells. Several articles in the automotive press, which I provided to Hyundai HQ confirm my concerns with their proposed fix. Subsequently, the service advisor at Pohanka Hyundai has declined to perform any further work on this problem, in violation of their warranty responsibilities.

Best car I ever owned!

My Palisade is so awesome! I love everything about it! It truly is the best car I ever owned! I was a Toyota driver from 1996 to 2020. I upgraded from driving Toyota Camrys to my new Palisade. I’m so glad I made the switch.

Love it

Love our Palisade! No regrets with our purchase. Great gas mileage for the size of SUV. Does great with towing. We love all the features and how comfortable it is with 6-7 people. We will buy another Hyundai in the future.

Great features and ride, but noisy

The features and ride are great. Good styling. There is a lot of road noise when driving and service has not been great. Remote start has been kind of quirky, the vehicle will just shut off after 30 seconds at times, which is a little annoying.

2020 Palisade limited

I like the car. The 3rd row seating does not have any lights. The car is comfortable and gets fairly good mileage for a mid to large SUV in the 26 to 27 mpg if strictilly on the road. It will also tow up to 5,000 pounds nicely.

2020 Palisade

I absolutely love my Hyundai Palisade. It is comfortable, roomy, fun to drive and looks incredible. I wanted an SUV as opposed to a regular sedan and I am glad to have chosen the Palisade. I think my daughter is a little jealous of me right now. I hope she can also one day put herself into a Palisade.

Love my Palisade!

I spend a lot of time in my car and this is one of the most comfortable cars I have owned! Because of the time spent in my car, I love all the features it offers. I also needed an SUV that allowed me to seat more than 4 people and also the room to haul small furniture items used for my job. It's perfect!

Car is nice, but service is terrible.

Car is nice, but service has been terrible - even with issues that were present when I drove the car off the lot. Good amount of room. Like the wide screen and technology. Like some of the kid friendly features, like back window shades, plastic on backs of front seats.

Really happy for the most part with my purchase...features are great and I believe are best for its class and mostly found on only the most expensive brands...as a matter of fact even with some of the few flaws I found...I purchased two..1 for spouse and then 1 for my self.

2020 Palisade

This is a great vehicle for the price. I owned a Ford Explorer before this purchase. This vehicle has more room and rides better than the Explorer. The only fault I have is a wind whistling noise at interstate speeds. This has been a recall problem and will be fixed at the dealer.

Our favorite vehicle to drive

My wife and I truly enjoy driving the Palisade, in fact she worries we're going to put to many miles on it too quickly. The interior is comfortable and well designed. We took a 2,000 mile road trip the week after we bought the Palisade and never were tired of being in the car. The Palisade performed well through our first Minnesota winter with it and operated well both on snow and ice. Having the driving modes is useful to pass traffic when needed but also useful for fuel conservation. We love the exterior and interior look and feel and have received many compliments on the Palisade.
