EXCELLENT vehicle

An excellent SUV. This is not an off-road vehicle (but would do ok) but for normal driving, it is wonderful. Quiet, comfortable, excellent 6 cylinder power, With seats down, plenty of room (I wish the top version had a bench seat as the 2nd row instead of bucket seats. Very minor complaints - shifting is by buttons (horrible) and there is a whistling sound coming out of front passenger and drivers window. Not very loud, but irritating. But ... best vehicle I have ever had.

The overall rating is excellent my Palisade gets 29 mpg I have driven the car more then 15000 miles now the comfort on the road is unsurpassed. The entertainment system is great . Driving system from the cruise control to the blind spot warning all works great.

What is that smell?

Great car with wonderful features. However, car interior smells like garlic. As in, my garage smells like it in the morning. There is a chemical off putting smell best described as garlic/bad breath. Look it up, common problem and it’s not going away. Spent my own money to treat the smell, to include a professional ozone treatment. Hyundai knows there is a problem, is “investigating”, and I haven’t heard anything in months. If I could do it again, I would buy something different. Yes, it’s that bad.

Excellent car for price

I love my palisade, smooth ride and comfortable.car is excellent for the price. I will buy another one for my son since i want him to be safe . With how it looks on the outside is also how good you feel when you're in it.

Great vehicle very comfortable and great ride. The inside has more leg room then similar size vehicles. The heads up display is a great option. Fog lights would be a nice option. Ground clearance is good.

2020 Palisade review. Please see answers and comments below. Overall great car, dealer service exceptional but this car smells and it’s worse in the summer when it’s warmer. This will play in my decision to purchase another Hyundai product or recommend one. I thought i was imaging it until I saw all the comments online. I haven’t bothered to take it in because it seems to be the responsibility of the buyer to try and fix before Hyundai will fix which is very disappointing!

Best

It’s a very nice car. Have lots of options, smooth to drive, comfortable ride, powerful engine. 3rd row seat adjustment perfect, a tall person can seat easily. Interior design & lighting are super, speed mode is very cool.

My husband and I are in our 50’s, we both said when we reach our 50’s, we would get a luxury vehicle with all the whistles. Never thought it would be a Hyundai, but let me tell you, it’s the greatest purchase we have made thus far. We are very happy.

It is o.k to drive. I used this car not much because Covid19 so I hope I can change this car or options. When I bought it I thought this is 4 wheel driving it is not so I am not happy about this but I like this car so far.

Great SUV

I really must say I was blown away by the attention to detail which is shown and kudos to the engineers who made this work. The car drives smooth the quality is good or appearance is very good. Besides the faulty design with the air condition we really enjoyed the car and would buy it again and recommend it to everybody

Great SUV

We've been really happy with our 2020 Hyundai Palisade. It has a lot of nice features and great for moving large families. The ride is great - quiet and smooth. It would be wrong to not mention how impressed we were with the pristine interior finish.

Hyundai palisade

I love my Palasade it is a great vehicle, rides well, easy to drive, my husband loves all the gadgets. Great sound system. Only issue I have with the vehicle is the front windshield gets chipped to easily and is poorly made.

I was looking for a reasonably priced and dependable SUV with newer electronics/technology. Did a lot of online research and saw how highly rated the Palisade and Kia Telluride was so knowing more about the quality of Hyundai cars I made my choice

Love this vehicle!!!

When looking for a new vehicle I had seen the Hyundai Palisade online. It looked awesome and had everything I wanted in a new car. I decided to look into all the comparable vehicles on the marked new and used. I literally test drove almost every suv big and small on the market. I did like the Chevrolet Traverse and I almost purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Traverse, (the dealership was located in my home town). I decided to go ahead and test drive the Palisade and it was perfect for me and it offered a ton more features at the the same price as the Traverse. I've never spent this much on a vehicle so after the initial shock I realized the other vehicles I was drawn too were a good $20,000 more and did not have all the same features. I have been in love ever since. I love the drivers assist, the heated leather seats, the way it handles is awesome. I love the button gear shift and the different drive modes. Gas mileage is great. I just really love everything about it.

Love my 2020 Hyundai Palisade!!!

Couldn't be more pleased with a new car purchase. As an older buyer(66) I REALLY appreciate all the safety features in this vehicle. My car insurance is way lower on this Palisade because of the safety features. But on top of the all safety features, you get the styling, ride comfort, power and great MPG. After owning my 2020 Palisade for a year now, I am totally impressed with this vehicle!!!

Love our Palisade

Plenty of room for everyone. Great styling and smooth ride. We love driving it both in the city and on the road for family trips. The car practically drives itself. So when we get there we are ready to go. Love it!
