Great customer service

We love our Palisade. Very luxurious and super easy to drive. Very comfortable seats for the long road trips. Third row seating is spacious for small adult. Defiantly would recommend this car to any one with large family.

Great 7 seater SUV

What a great car. I’m impressed. All the good things you can see on their web site. The only thing that kept me away of 5 Stars, was the seats material. I bough one with Leather seats and after 3 months has marks on it already and I’m only 170lbs.

WELL BUILT CAR

I WAS NOT EXPECTING TO HAVE THIS LEVEL OF DESIGN AND FEATURES FROM HYUNDAI. IT WAS A GREAT CAR WITH GREAT FEATURES(LOTS OF STANDARD OPTIONS). I DIDN'T HAVE TO CHOOSE OR PAY ANY EXTRA FOR THESE AWESOME FEATURES. I'M IN LOVE WITH THE DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE.

My family is very comfortable in this car and love the design. If you’re looking for a really suv you plan on keeping for many years, them this is it. Not all fallible cars are ugly cars. The palisades is a great car you won’t sacrifice luxury to reliability

fun to drive

priced to high but very nice suv to own .gas mileage is lower than i hoped hoped for/ i may buy another one. the dealer charged me a 10 % mark up. i have been buying car from as fare back as 1978 and have never paid mfs price. never more than asking price. :( .

Was not told about 10,000.00 markup until papers presented to determine financing.

Love the ease of driving. Vision is great. No blind spots. Gas mileage better than any other car bought in recent years. Just hope the quality of service by dealership is good. Plan on keeping car for many years as I normally trade in every three years.

Palisade

Great car. Crappy windshield. Everything about the car has been excellent. Style is amazing. Features were fantastic. Just a fun car to drive. The downsides are the 1) cost of the vehicle (competitive with other cars in its class but not a “deal”) and 2) the windshield on our vehicle cracked and had to be replaced almost immediately and per quick internet searches isn’t uncommon with this vehicle. Apparently Hyundai needs to improve the quality of this part of its vehicle.

The car is great overall. Easy to use. Easy to drive. Great for families. Plenty of leg room for everyone. Could definitely use more storage room in the trunk area. Sound audio and clearity throughout the vehicle is great.

Somewhat disappointed in my new vehicle.!

This is our 9th Hyundai and while overall quality was always extremely high - I can honestly say we are disappointed in the Palisades- the car functions beautifully but the fit and finish quality of trim inside and out seems to have taken a step back . It is a shame for such a expensive car to have these issues.

Must buy

After viewing this beauty and test driving I fell in love! I traded my rav 4 in for a bigger car and this was it. V6, 3rd row, lots of safety features, tan leather, the car chimes and sings to you, front seat pulls back in park to get out easier

Awesome road trip vehicle

Got this in white, calligraphy model this vehicle is drooling in all tech and safety features. Lots of USB ports love the center console control for passengers. Very roomy and comfy for long trips. Lots of space in the 3rd row for passengers.

Palisade , no wonder its rated Number 1

I test drove a honda pilot, toyota highlander , Nisson Pathfinder, and jeep Grand Cherokee. The Palisade by far had better ride overall than all others.Performance was quiet and strong,good fuel economy ,and an ease to handle. Plenty of room and love the electric 2nd and 3rd row seats.

2022 Hyundai Palisade

This is the first Hyundai I've ever owned and I've been very impressed with all the features offered. I love that I got all the luxury features of a much more expensive vehicle. I'm so glad I went on a road trip with my last car to realize how important road noise, ride quality and the audio features were to me. The Palisade has an excellent ride and the road noise is so quiet, I absolutely love how enjoyable it is to drive this car. I can't believe how comfortable me and my passengers are in my car.

Penelope is my dream car. She’s perfect in every single way. This is a luxury car without the luxury price. I feel safe and stylish in it. Easy to drive. Love the third row option. And the dual sunroof. Will be happy in this car for years to come.

Overall, this is a bad buying experience from the dealership standpoint. Vehicle's noise and seat materials could be improved. Recommend to have side mirrors folding and wireless CarPlay. From the dealership standpoint, a post sale follow up would highly recommended. Leaving your customers high and dry after sale is considered unprofessional.
