excellent sales person-Jonathan Hall-excellent palisade 2024 sel

I just have to write and tell people who are considering buying a 2024 Hyundai palisade Sel that Balise Hyundai in Springfield is the place to go and be treated with respect and get a fair and honest deal on a car of a lifetime.I was lucky enough to have Jonathan Hall as my sales person and my wife and i loved the guy for his kindness and the time he spent with us finding the palisade we wanted.We told him up front what we wanted and we also told him we wanted an out the door price with no add-ons and he accommodated us with no questions asked which made us very happy.We told Jonathan what color we wanted and what color interior.They had one on the lot on Friday but it got sold so Jonathan told us he didn't know it had been sold until he went to work on Monday and he called us right away and let us know what had happened and he apologized .I asked him what we could do and he got a hold of the service manager and brought over to his desk and he promised he would call around to his contacts and see if he could dig up one just like the one which had been sold on Saturday.We told him we wanted a burgandy exterior color and gray or black interior color and (2) days later he called us and said that he found what we wanted and that it was at the dealership if we wanted to test drive it which we did and loved the car.Talk about going above and beyond to meet our needs really impressed me.We also met Brian Houser the head man and we thanked him for getting the car also even though it was a team effort on their part they made us (the customer) excited to buy the car and we were given a good deal and ended up under the MSRP price and they beat Gary Romes price for my trade in by $300.00.My wife and i were very happy how we were treated at balise after a bad experience at Gary Rome in holyoke.The sales person at Gary Rome didn't give us much lee way for my trade in value and i think he thought old people were just stupid and that's why we went to Balise hyundai in Sringfield because Gary Rome lost our business after buying (2) cars from him and loyalty was a thing of the past.Old people have money and we were going to pay cash for the new car but the sales person just didn't do his job so we went to a good dealership who wanted are business and we are glad it worked out that way.I have to say Jonathan Hall was the best thing that happened to us because he listened to us and we enjoyed doing business with him as a good human being.He is honest,caring,very knowledgeable and old school sales person.Jonathan you are an asset to Balise Hyundai and we really enjoyed working with you with no pressure tactics because you listened to us and what we wanted and didn't want.THANK YOU MY FRIEND!!!

Brand new still learning all the features but smooth ride, so many included features, and priced right. Seats comfy, love massaging front seat, very detailed paper manuals included, 100,000 warranty is a bonus

The Hyundai palisade purchased on referral of current owner. He was promised a referral $100.00 fee. Advised 4 to 6 was. Several month's not received. They lie! Never refer anyone to this dealer

High Quality Vehicle with Superb Safety Features

The Hyundai Palisade is a joy to drive. It has a smooth, extremely comfortable ride . The safety features are outstanding and I truly feel safe and secure when driving. The exterior is well designed and the interior is of the highest quality, with attention paid to every detail. I especially appreciate the easy access to the third row and the fact that all seating is heated. Truly enjoying this beautiful vehicle.

Overall nothing but positive.

Positive over all. No complaints about any feature. Since I live in a state that uses salt on the roads. I will not be using this car much during the November and March. I am one of those people who keeps the good cars stored inside in the Winter.

Great Vehicle

This is our 2nd Palisade and we love it as much as the last. Only disappointed that I have to get a towing hitch installed as Hyundai no longer offers it as an option. Would have like wireless CarPlay to be an option like most other brands.

Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy 2024

Great car. Great safety features. Be prepare to read 300 plus pages of the operating manual because there are so many features that you will need some knowledge to find and use them. The Hyundai YouTube helps are great.

love the palisade

Love the styling, the size, the interior and way it drives, its a sophisticated looking car inside and out. I like all the safety features it offers and the warranty . This is my fourth Hyundai and i have never had any problems and 2 were Santa Fe's , very nice cars for the price.

Comfort, Design, Space, and VALUE

We have had our new 2024 Palisade XRT for only a month, but we enjoy much about it. As my review title lists, there are standout reasons we bought a new Palisade. The exterior design is the initial wow factor, and climbing into the big front seats is coddling and refreshing. Pricing, features, and warranty further add to the satisfaction. We look forward to putting a ton of miles on this car in the coming years.

Love This Car

This car is a great ride on the highway and spacious inside. The trim is beautiful, plenty of leg room in the second row. I don't use the third row for seating so I can't speak on that one but good space for hauling things.

Comfort, Luxury, Performance

My favorite car so far! The Hyundai Palisade was not even on my radar until about a year after I started looking for my next vehicle. I was taking my time because I wasn't wowed by anything on the market. I intended to stay loyal and purchase my 3rd Honda, but they did not offer the features that I wanted. The Palisade Calligraphy trim had most of what I needed and so many extra conveniences that I could not pass it up.

Love my palisade

Was looking for a Toyota highlander , but after driving the palisade no comparison the hyundai wins big. Yea we all know toyota is the king of quality but i am willing to give the palisade a shot. Great ride quality looks and technology.

Wished I would have bought sooner! Comfort ease of driving best and favorite vehicle of my life. Size of screen in console makes for easy viewing and the parking camera is a great feature to assist during parking.

Great choice

Great features, comfort, and safety. We really like the ease of folding the second and third row up and down when needed. There is also great leg room in both the back and front seats. Easy for our 2 year old to get in and out of the vehicle as well.
