Customer service
I purchased my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe because of Hyundai’s strong reputation for reliability and customer service, but my experience has been far from positive. The vehicle itself has had multiple problems since I bought it, requiring numerous trips to the service department. Each time, the service has been subpar, with long wait times and unresolved issues.
To make matters worse, when my SUV was in for repairs, I was given a loaner vehicle that was far below the standard of my Santa Fe. Instead of receiving a comparable SUV, I was given one of the smallest cars they had, which is simply unacceptable. For a 2025 model vehicle, I expected to be provided with a loaner of equal or greater value—not something that’s drastically inferior.
This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I chose Hyundai based on its reputation, but the poor service and lack of care for customer satisfaction have seriously made me rethink my decision.
