Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid 2022 – Good Surprise!
Our new Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid 2022 replaced a Santa Fe 2014 with 70k mi and trouble free, so I sold to my daughter. The Santa Fe Hybrid has 10k mi now after some road trips to the East Coast. The car is very comfortable on longer trips and the engine/transmission works well on the interstates and local roads. We did many mountain roads, so acceleration/brakes/steering were tested and performed well.
Car maintains interstate speeds without issues although the fuel consumption increases, we got 27-29 mpg. On smaller roads with moderate speeds, we got 29-31 mpg. On towns and congested roads, we got 32-35 mpg. This car loves a jam!
Safety features and driving assistances are a major upside in this car. They help you on the road keeping you on the lane and the Cruise Control adjusts speed with the traffic. Cameras is another great help on parking and everywhere. You miss them when you drive other cars.
Note that the car misses on the spare tire, I recommend getting you a jack, tools and a spare tire to increase your safety while driving on areas where cell coverage is weak, and you need support.
