Great value for a more than fair price.
When my previous dealer wouldn't negotiate a win-win deal, I went to every other Hyundai dealer in a forty-five mile radius of my home with the exact requirements for a Santa Fe Sport (for me) and an Elantra (which my wife wanted). These were detailed on a print out and included the Hyundai packages and options desired. I informed the dealers/salesperson that I would return at the end of the week and purchase both vehicles from the lowest bidder by writing a check on the spot, since I already had firm offers on our current vehicles from Car Max. Only one of the Hyundai dealers was somewhat dishonest by trying a bait and switch to lower the price (and,of course, I will never deal with those individuals again). Of all the othe dealers, Bob Bell Hyundai and his salespeople were, without a doubt, the best. And when they queried me on the price Car Max offered for my used Sonata and Elantra, they beat those prices by several hundred dollars! I and my wife drove away that afternoon in May of 2013 with the easiest, quickest, best value car purchase that we had ever made. More over, for the last five years their Service Department has provided us with top notch products and service. Free oil changes and tire rotations and fluid top offs at no charge. I've needed little warranty work, but when needed, it was performed promptly and correctly. The non warranty work I've had performed (brake service, shoes, pads, etc) was at the same high caliber and at reasonable cost. Their front office and technical personnel are personable, professional, and well trained. In summary, Bob Bell is high on my list for my new replacement vehicles this year.
