Issues still not resolved one year after purchse

Car was in shop before it was 3 months old. Has returned to shop multiple times and issues still unresolved. Exterior temp gauge doesn't work causing AC not to function in extreme heat, car makes noise at start up, check engine light is on frequently.

Great visibility and lots of space in the backseats.

There is a lot of space in between the front and back seats which is great. My husband is 6’ foot and has long legs and he fits well in the back. The car looks nice too, very modern looking and has a nice grill.

Love my Santa Fe

This is my third Santa Fe, I clearly love the car. Safe, sleek, spacious and drives great, with all the bells and whistles and performance its a fantastic SUV. This is the first I've financed brand new and so far after putting on 45K miles Ive only had to do routine maintenance and breaks.

Love my Santa Fe

Great value car. Safety features are outstanding and ride and performance are on par with cars costing much more. Especially like the roomy interior, big enough to handle most any load. Heads up display is a real added bonus.

4 cylinder sucks

I have had this vehicle for 2 years. It was great at first, but now I have to turn off the AC when I need to get in or out of traffic. I wish I could turn off more of the safety features. I love that you can hit a button and take your foot off of the brake.

Santa Fe

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing my vehicle. My mechanic, my friend who gets Consumer Reports showed me how high it was rated and Enterprise Car Sales was only using Hyundai and Kia in there fleet. It was a great decision.

Great Moderate Size SUV / Crossover

Owned many Hyundai vehicles. Great value for the money. Competing vehicles skimp on standard features. Hyundai Dealer customer support is great. Standard warranties are best in industry. I'll continue to purchase Hyundai vehicles.

Awesome equipment

I love everything about our 2020 Hyundi Santa Fa. The ride is very good, along with the styling. I love all the extras especially the HUD along with the all around cameras from the front to rear cameras.

love car

bought it new, after much internet searching, Test drove it and the car checked all our boxes. We have and a little over a year and have over 21000 miles on it. This includes a trip from Nevada to Maine. We have driven in all kinds of weather and really like that we can lock in the all-wheel drive. I don't know how we got along without the nav system, just put in your next stop and go. I am still learning all the controls that are on this Santa Fe, it is a fun car to drive.

Exceptional value

This was our first new car. 20k miles later, the only thing wrong is backup sensing, and we need to bring it in for that under warranty. Zero other problems. With careful driving, we get over 30 mpg highway (2.4L SEL) and as much as 35 on one trip (to be fair, I drive the speed limit and take pains to keep a steady speed). I've had other Hyundai's and found them very reliable. So this car has all the great safety gear (lane warning, auto braking, adaptive cruise) plus great features, easy to use controls, great economy, and incredible space (especially rear seat). It was over $15k less than a comparable Highlander.

NOT AS MUCH "UMPH"AS THE 2017 SANTA FE I HAD. IT HAD TURBO. I LEASED BOTH CARS. THERE WAS NOT AS MANY OPTIONS DURING THE COVID YEARS AND THE PRICE OF LEASING WENT THROUGH THE ROOF FOR THE TURBOS THAT WERE AVAILABLE AT THE TIME, MARCH OF 2020.

I LOVE MY SANTA FE

My Santa Fe has all of the safety features that I need to feel comfortable when I'm transporting my grand children. I LOVE the heated steering wheel and seats. They heat up very quickly on cold days. I Love the warrenty. My dealership is like family and its comforting knowing that they have my best interest at heart.

Fun to drive and age friendly.

I really enjoy driving the vehicle. The only minus, I like to have the window cracked open and when it rains, the water flows (not drips in). Also, even after it rains, the water continues to come to flow in until the the foof dries up. There is a real risk of the electronics in the door getting wet.

GREAT DRIVING MOBILITY AND IT IS GREAT ON GAS. LOVE THE ADDED FEATURES AND DRIVING ASSIST FEATURES. HOWEVER, THE NOISE QUALITY IS HORRIBLE. ALL OF THE OUTSIDE NOISE IS HEARD WHILE INSIDE. IT SOUNDS LIKE THE WINDOWS ARE OPENED.

My 2020 Santa Fe

I shopped online extensively for a new vehicle. Once I narrowed it down I visited various dealerships sitting in vehicles, studying them for room and ease of entering and exiting. With arthritis, I can't struggle to get in or out. I also planned to use this vehicle for girl trips and needed luggage room for 4 ladies. The Santa Fe met a my expectations. It is sooooo fun to drive.

Simply a great vehicle

This is the fifth Hyundai I have owned. Three have been Santa Fe SUV's and two were Sonatas. The styling and dependability have been the primary reason I stay with Hyundai. The newest Santa Fe has many more safety features and driver assist features so it feels like the car can drive itself. On long drives I just have to steer.

Major engine problem

Three times in shop in less than a month for same major engine problems. Codes show and still they can't seem to get it fixed. I loved my 2020 Want Fe limited when we bought it. All the "bells and whistles". Drove and rode great. Very comfy. Very disappointed with this major a problem with only 10,000 miles on it. Quite discusted with it.

Good but needs tweaking....?nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn You're being pushy on what your require for involvement. Your overall survey needs to include that some folks dont want to answer all you ask. The next time you ask. I will very likely on a scale of 1 to 10 give you an 8 that I wont participate.
