This car is doing what a t it promised! We hsve enjoyed to this point..If you and you family are in need af a good ride we suggest give it it a try. The price for what it is not to shabby. Go for it you won't be sad you did.

Meh!

We have owned this car for a little more than a year and frankly my only words are quantity over quality. The car is extremely comfortable on the long haul but other than that I could take it or leave it. My husband loves the car. I am indifferent because there is nothing about this car that intrigues me. Handling is lack luster, acceleration is lack luster and the car is always telling you what to do. Like try to figure out why it's dinging in a school zone....oh yes, now I know. Cameras are in use to enforce the posted speed limit. Sometimes the infotainment system works and sometimes it does not, just depends on its mood plus the touch screen response is sluggish. Dealership tells us Hyundai is working on getting the bugs out of the infotainment system. We simply ignore its antics as opposed to thinking paying all that money should entitle you to something that works. I appreciate the dial controls for this reason. The air flow control to circulate the cabin's air will automatically change back to bring in the air from outside. The smart lift gate is not so smart. Works when it wants to as do the door locks. The sound from the muffler putts very loud. What kind of muffler system is that? My 2018 "other" car is wireless for Apple Car Play. Not "doo dad" car. You must have it wired to work. Back to my original statement....quantity over quality.

Still love it after a year

Overall a very good SUV and a good buy. Great on long trips. Love the safety features and the warranty. Plenty of room and the heated seats spoiled us. I feel I got my money's worth and I will keep this car for a long time.

As this is my fourth Hyundai, I am totally sold on the brand. Price, sales experience, style, and performance has been above my expectations. I am starting to think about my next vehicle, maybe a hybrid.

Another satisfied Hyundai purchase.

Our recent purchase of a 2022 Santa Fe is our 4th Hyundai SUV in 15 years (2 Vera Cruise, 1 Palisade previously). Great features and performance with all. Local dealer service has been good. Would recommend the brand & model to others.

This new 2023 has been a challenge!

This was a less than pleasant experience from the moment I purchased the exact model that crapped out in the first days I had it. The dealer made it right after three weeks of frustration and fighting with them and especially Hyundai “customer” “service”. Not sure I would say those folks know anything about customers or service! This car has been ok but it hasn’t been a joyful experience that I am used to having with a new car. My 2007 Santa Fe with 312,000 miles gives me more enjoyment than this new one does.

I am very happy that I chose the Hyundai Santa Fe. It is a comfortable ride that handles well. It is roomy enough for all of my needs. Decent on gas. I think it is a perfect choice for me. It makes a great family car.

too many alarms

I had a 2015 Santa Fe which I liked until the motor blew up and Hyundai would not fix it. I sold it for scrap. I was going to buy a new car and my wife wanted another Santa Fe. So we bought one. All I asked for was navigation and back up camera. The navigation has never worked.

Cheap quality - nice looking car

Car looks nice. Promises many features. Owned less than 1 year and wireless charger is broken, climate control broken, CarPlay rarely works. Overall you can tell they put effort into making this appear to be a higher end vehicle but they cheaped out on the parts and things break down. Also the dealerships for service are horrible, rude, and will only allow you to come in for help 2 months from when you call.

2022 XRT Sante Fe

Not an exciting car but... Good for an everyday daily driver if your okay with lower MPG's for the trade off of more space, cargo capacity, and safety in winter conditions. There are some issues with the entertainment system like wired android auto being inconsistant or bluetooth having its own mind but eventually you learn to deal with it.

Nice SUV

This is the first new car I've purchased. For the price, it comes with a lot of great features that I love. It handles well and feels solid and stable to drive. The Bluetooth integration is excellent, and the nav system is so convenient. There's a lot of plastic on the exterior which fades quickly without proper care, but the rest of the vehicle looks stylish. Overall, it's a good buy.

wind noise (whistling) on the passenger side

Love everything about the Santa Fe. Except, we have a whistling noise coming from the passenger side windows. It has been in service 3x for a total of 9 days. This needs to be remedied sooner rather then later!

We love our Hyundai Calligraphy! It is very comfortable, roomy, stylish and awesome to drive. The acceleration is amazing because of the turbocharged engine and the handling is very reassuring on winding roads. Having a bumper to bumper 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty makes purchasing one a no brainer!

Drives beautiful

Drives nice and smooth. Handles very well. The electrical has glitches. A little too much comuter things as there is glitches with that too. Overall the car rides beautiful. The side rails block the view at times. Would be nice with mire inside lighting. And a mirror for the rear seats like a mini van . Roomy.

Great vehicle

Overall a great vehicle. Not the one I wanted but it was the only model available. THINKING about upgrading. The charger pocket for the phone doesn't charge the phones properly and something's the drivers window get stuck.

Santa Fe SEL premium package is a stylish luxury car but with a humble brand. Stylish and great build quality . Smart cruise is very useful in highway and specially if there's traffic.Smart cruise control is clumsy in turns.
