2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy Edition

Overall good vehicle so far. Second Santa Fe we have owned. Styling of 2023 model is much better than the 2024 in my opinion. If Hyundai stands behind this one like the first one, it will be a great vehicle.

Santa Fe

The vehicle is lackluster. We were given the opportunity to drive one of the vehicle with the better performing engines. When all was said and done, the test driven vehicle was out of our price range and we were offered the current vehicle we have, with different engine. No test drive was done and the difference once I drove the car for a couple of days, was substantial. Aside from that, all of the safety features and the automatic shut off feature are annoying and in my opinion unnecessary unless you would like to activate them, but they are ALL activated by default. I still can't get over I gave a $7000 down payment in the form of a trade in and pay $450 a month for this car, which at 12k miles is making clanking noises when the brakes are applied. I've been had.

Hiunday Santa Fe 2023

The worst decision was buying this vehicle. Got problems with air bag system from the 3rd day a bought this hiunday anybody wants to be responsible for the problems the dealer or hiunday, don't recommend anybody purchase a hiunday

We had a great experience with our salesperson Mr.Tracy Petersen of Rosen Hyundai in Algonquin IL. He was patient, knowledgeable and helped us get the price we wanted to pay. Rosen has the best staff that we have found. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Santa Fe Calligraphy

This vehicle is a wonderful vehicle. It has every bell and whistle possible. I feel that you need a PhD to figure out all the buttons but I love it! The sales staff was very helpful and made the experience the best.

A New Defective Santa Fe 2023 SEL AWD

I check engine light came on three times for the same error code P2181F1 in the first month since i bought it in 10/25/23. The engine cooling system is defective, the thermostat is always open and the radiator fan is always on, which makes the engine coolant temperature always at cold. I took it to Hyundai Dealership 4 times and they don't know what is the problem. The car is now at the dealership because it is defective and i can't drive it and they can't fix it.

I want my trailer hitch and wiring harness....Or buy my car back and sell me one that has a hitch. Trailer hitch and wiring harness how long does one have to wait to get one??? .With the time i have waited if it ever comes in nI should get it for free. I had to rent a car with a hitch to trailer my jet ski. Total bullshit.....

Reliable and comfortable with all safety features that I wanted

Vehicle came well equipped but did not have some features that I thought should be on a top of the line calligraphy. Vehicle handles well and the engine is plenty powerful. Seats are comfortable and quite stylish.

Happy with Hyundai

I traded from Tucson to a Santa Fe. I am very happy with the Santa Fe. I feel more comfortable on the road. I liked the Tuscon but wanted something a little bigger. The 2023 I purchased has a lot of features such as more cameras etc. It is fun to drive.

Hyundai has upped their game regarding the safety which is outstanding. The looks are very nice, and plenty of leg room, and the cargo space is excellent. The Napa leather is beautiful, and the quality of the entire car is awesome.

LEMON LAW WITH LESS THAN 1000 MILES

Had a check engine light within a few hours of driving off of the lot. Vehicle spent more time in the service department than in my own driveway. It was returned under the NYS LEMON LAW with UNDER 1000 miles.

Disappointing

This is my third Santa Fe and 7th Hyundai. I must say that this is the first time I have been disappointed. The console is extremely cluttered and the entertainment system is extremely difficult to use.

Vehicle ok. Finance total ripoff

Finance will charge you one month interest before you have the opportunity to pay it off. At Joe Biden interest rates this is totally unacceptable. Was told at time of sale i could pay it off on first payment. Trouble is it takes them one month to issue account number so they can charge you one months interest which amounts to 172 dollars. Total SCAM. Buyer BEWARE.
