I wrote my complaints in the Review Summary

No real complaints about the car but very frustrated with how to operate all the features. Sales staff was wonderful but service not so much. I was having trouble filling out the computer sign up and left three messages and NOBODY called me back. Very disappointed, went elsewhere for service.

2023 Santa Fe

It's a great vehicle,we bought because we're getting older and wanted something easier to get in and out of and I love the warranty although I've never had to use it and I wonder about the roadside assistance,and haven't had to use .I am planning to trade for the new body style,I like the boxy style and some newer features, we're on the Rd often and I love all the features when cruise is on it almost drives itself

I am very happy with my car. It is so nice and soft to drive. It’s comfortable, spacious, I wish to get more mpg. I love all the features, I am in love with the moonroof. I like the spacious trunk. I love it all.

I enjoy this vehicle

Voice commans not being understood is annoying as when I try to use a voice command it isn't understood. I try very hard to speak clearly. Having to keep repeating distracts from paying attention to the road, so I use it less & less

Excellent. Looks are great better than the 2024 which is ugly indeed.

Excellent car. Good fuel economy. Reliable. Easy to operate. efficient. Great car for the money. We Were looking for a BMW X3 and for the money the Santa Fe is more car than the BMW not only cheaper but better. We could get the 2024 Santa Fe but decided to go for the 2023 much better looking 100 times !

Really nice vehicle for the price

This review is for the 2023 Santa Fe Limited, 2.6 Turbo. Really nice car, very nice to drive very quite and comfortable, Nice paint quality and nice leather interior. The engine is very powerful and responsive My only wish is that a V6 engine was offered rather than a turbo 4 cylinder. No issue with the engine just a preference.

2023 Santa Fe !

The car is excellent over all. A few things to adjust to as all the updates to new vehicles are new to me in comparison to the last vehicle I owned 2009 . Very comfortable, feels safe. Good warranty and maintenance value.

Solid suv

The car runs great. Decent mpg. Only proplem is the rattling noise while driving over 60. Dealer can’t figure it out. The car rides great and plenty of room. Price was good and our local dealer is good

Reliable but some issues

The Santa Fe is a very reliable vehicle, MPG 21 / 24 is less than I hoped it would be, the center console is a bit much, to many buttons, a flat usable space would be preferred. Seats are not as comfortable as I hoped especially on long trips. The RED LIGHT CAMERA function cannot be shut-off. Very annoying. The HUD vibrates / shaky at the slights bump or rough road,The Dealer Mechanic says it can't be fixed. The GPS is not the best, I have added a Garmin stand alone GPS which is much better and easier to use.

Very dependable and extremely stylish. We went with the calligraphy because we wanted the upgrades. We especially like the information projected on the windshield. We also liked the upgraded interior and the wheels. There were many other features that we enjoy.

Third top-of-the-line Santa Fe in a row, '14, '19, and '23.

I would give this '23 Santa Fe a 3.8 on a 4.0 scale. It would have been a 4.0 if the manufacturer hadn't incorporated some very questionable radio issues which are a source of irritation to me every time I drive the car.

great styling and excellent warranty and reputation

Should have power lumbar in Passenger front seat on this top of the line Calligraphy series. Need memory seat for front passenger seat. Should have speed compensating audio volume. This is our second Santa Fe we have had, and also just bought new 2023 Hyundai Elantra Limited.

Outstanding ride, reliability, gas mileage, roomy and loaded with safety and convenience features

I love my 2023 Santa Fe. It has many convenient features making my driving experience better. I especially enjoy all the safety features. I have limited movement in my neck, and the many safety features give my family and I the confidence I can drive safely and comfortably. I have had no mechanical problems and I enjoy the great gas mileage.

Almost perfect

Transmission has issues - granted it is one of the faster vehicles Hyundai offers. Oil pan needed replacement after 18 months. Engine noise has increased since purchase. Dealership service I have received has not been great. Corporate office was not very helpful and refused to accommodate the mess their authorized dealer created while correcting issues with the vehicle.

I have a loaded Sante Fe 2023 and I love it!

Great powertrain with no noticeable turbo lag. It rides very comfortably and soft, and still handles well. I recently rented a Mitsubishi model same size as the Sante Fe and it road harsh and was underpowered compared to the Sante Fe. All the electronics, sensors, video camera views, warnings, and self driving aids work great. The sound system is fine. I couldn't be happier!

Love the car inside and out. Love the space in the back. Quiet engine, quiet and comfortable ride. The amenities are awesome and the price of the vehicle was fair. Love the sun roof. The driver assist is nice.

Better than my old Lexus HS250h

Have had this SUV for 11 months and it has been a great ride from going to get two 3 string large hay bales to taking grandkids to DQ to get ice cream. Smooth ride, tons of safety features & a beautiful exterior & interior. Took a trip to the tip of Texas ... we drove overall about 1200 miles ... on beach, highways and back roads with our 2 pups. Everyone was comfortable and happy. Love the vehicle, the security, safety and eminities she provides and her sleek look. Could not be happier with this SUV, except paying the car note ... but that's me, not my value packed 2023 Hyundai.

Hyundai Santa Fe I believe I got many options for my money I like the style I like that it had two color interior, which is a downfall for most common vehicles today they like black and black and gray and black mainly other than the top end like Mercedes, etc., that gives color interiors and make it classy. It has terrific response to the throttle the 2.4 turbo if you have to move out in traffic and merge quickly, you can do so it is not sluggish in anyway it’s a noisy 21.4. The navigation system is useless. The map shows the area when you place in mine up and up close or far behind , and but it does not give the upcoming streets only the major streets in the distance Neems it shows lines where streets are but doesn’t give the names which is what you want when you’re trying to find the address I would consider another Hyundai if they gave me some incentives to buy another one, I would try it I’d like the Santa Cruz cause it’s basically the but it rides very well other than noisy

Santa Fe Hyundai I was happy with the features I got for my money little more reasonable than some of the other dealers I believe or models of cars that is. I love the throttle response as quick pick up And acceleration as to move into traffic or merge in the lane I wish it was a little more quieter on the road which I believe they could do by some spray foam or some kind. Am I major completed. This point is probably the navigation system it’s useless. It shows the major streets in the distance, but not the ones coming up, even if you focus in close with the PLUS Button, it shows street lines, but no names which doesn’t help me. I’m looking for what I want. I would consider another Hyundai . There was some kind of incentive for a repeat customer since they get the critically amount of money for these vehicles my dealer experience wasn’t that great games lengthy time. Wish they could figure something better for the consumer.
