2014 Sonata Hybrid
I drove pickup trucks for 30+ years before buying my 2014 Sonata Hybrid (new). I wouldn't go back for a minute. I like everything about this car: plenty of room, drives easily, comfortable seats, stable, large trunk, very little road or wind noise, and just great mileage. I was not thinking about buying a sedan or hybrid when I test-drove this model, but I was crazy impressed after the test drive. Sooooo, I bought one. I simply cannot recommend it highly enough. We will see how I feel when things start to wear a little more, but I am hoping that Hyundai's extended 10/100,000 warranty will keep me happy. We spend a lot of time traveling by car. It is not at all unusual to drive 500 miles in a day. At the end of a full day of driving in the Sonata, I am not exhausted. Nor am I broke from buying gas. In the dealership lot, I really think that if you took the Hyundai badges and emblems off, people would think that they were test driving a higher-end vehicle.
