Love this car - everything except my inability to figure out how to use all it features.

The car looks great. Great finish. Comfortable, rides great. Has quick pickup. Very economical (Hybrid). But, I don't seem to be able to access the wonderful features that it appears to have. I don't like that I can't play a CD (Books on tape - or CDs on tape.) I guess it has a GPS? But I can't seem to find it.

dealer has not answered my questions

my vehicle has intermitent problems that have not been resolved. The dash lights will not stay set on the brightest setting and no one in the dealer has been able to give me a answer. My wife has the same car and she is experiencing the same problems

Still learning about the features

I like the safety features which are the reason I bought a new car. I also have previously owned a hybrid and it was important that the car I would buy would be a hybrid. The Sonata is fun to drive although you need to be aware of how low it is when you are parking where there is a front curve.

I love my Sonata!

I drive a hybrid. It is everything I wanted and more! The mileage is incredible, and driving is a dream. The car handles well under any conditions, and did I mention the mileage? The trunk is enormous and the gas engine runs smoothly when needed. I am happy with my purchase.

Perfect for my lifestyle, budget, values

My 2023 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid is the perfect car for me. She's sporty, yet practical. MPG is terrific. A great size --- not too big, not too small. Classy styling. Very reliable through year one.

ok

Overall, I am pleased with the Sonata. But now having issue with Iphone and the contacts and phone link. Also lane keeping assist does not always respond , have to pull at wheel. Then it continues and works. (strange)

The people that sold me the car. Very patient and understanding what I wanted and answered every question. They even called me to ask after I bought the car to make sure that there was no problems or concerns that I had after the fact!!

My Hyundai

I've now owned 4 Hyundai Sonata Hybrids. Each time I've been ready to purchase a new car, the newest versions have much better features than the last one. The dealership is an hour from my house, but the employees there are so knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating that I am willing to drive there for service, etc.

An exceptional vehicle

I intended to purchase a hybrid SUV, but availability led to to Hyundai. I was not opposed to a sedan and now I am extremely pleased that I purchased a comfortable car that is a hybrid with style and quality.

Vehicle is roomy, comfortable, fun to drive, loaded with technology, looks great and is great on gas.

Can't say enough good things about the car. Great experience buying the car. Traveling in the car is very quiet, roomy and comfortable. Trunk is large. The car has plenty of power on the interstates. The gas mileage is great. I think the car looks great and it's loaded with technology and a great sound system. The car ticked all my boxes and exceeded my expectations.

Not a bad car for the price

This is the first sedan I have driven in over 20 years and it is surprisingly more spacious than I expected it to be. Switching to a sedan from a suv made me nervous, but I have really enjoyed the gas mileage. It is difficult for my 6'5" husband to climb in and out of, but it is not a problem for me.

Great experience with everyone at the dealership.

The Sonata Hybrid is a great car because it not only looks and drives well, but also gets incredible gas mileage. Why would someone get a standard gas vehicle when for a few dollars more you can get something that even better in many ways? We love it.

Beautiful great car, but electronics are very hard to understand

The design of the Hyundai Sonata hybrid is great and very sexy with smooth lines. The car runs quietly, and efficiently. There are so many electronics in the car that are new to us and two Bible length books to read was way way too much. Yes, the dealer showed us a much of this but he showed us so much, we couldn't remember everything. We would love to see one simple book to read that tells us everything we need to know about our car. This is our fourth Hyundai product. We are sold on the name and recommended their vehicles.

Great Car

I really like my Sonata and all the safety features that are standard on Hyundai vehicle at any trim level. Features that you have to go to the top trim levels to get from other brands. Only complaint is there are no rear cup holders.

Turn back before you regret it

I have owned dozens of vehicles from a Shelby GT500 to several Mercedes to a vw diesel rabbit. This vehicle, the dealer and service and 800 number assistance are deplorable. Never had anything, anytime, anywhere even close to the repeated disappointment and failure on the part of an automobile manufacturer. What’s crazy was just 15 months before, I purchased a 2021 Pallisade and it has been a great vehicle and had one of the best experiences. From 100 to a zero in just over a year. You could not make this up.
