This is a wonderful vehicle with two faults, one of which is a minor nuisance.
Everything works and is designed for convenience. The Sonata is comfortable for normal and for small people. It has excellent power but gets great mileage. The ride is smooth both on relatively rough streets and smooth interstates. Road noise is less than many cars that I've had. The vehicle's biggest fault is that the front air dam is too close to the ground. It catches on parking lot bumpers, curbs, and other things. The rear-view mirror doesn't have enough adjustment for a normal-sized man to be able to see well out the back window. Because visibility out the back is mediocre, this car should come with a rear-view camera as standard. Unfortunately, in 2012 the camera was only available if you bought the $3,000 navigation package that I didn't want or need. A short adult passenger will have restricted visibility out of the front passenger window. The standard mechanical seat has no vertical adjustment, so buy the electric passenger seat instead.
