My Hyundai

I was one of those Harvey flood victims.... lost my vehicle and my kids vehicle and also had 17 inches of water in the house for a week.... Needless to say I eventually needed a car to resume getting back to work... My insurance company promised to have a rental car for me which I never did see... Giving up with that I went to a car rental place to rent one on my own dime. I was given a basic model Hyundai Sonata and drove it for 2-3 weeks. Finally was ready to look for a car to purchase . The couple of car models that I was interested in were beyond what I could afford considering all that I needed to replace/repair in the house. I had found the rental Sonata surprisingly comfortable ... and that was without the power package that I usually have since my job requires lots of driving... plus a huge trunk... which I also require for my travels.So I decided to go to the dealer and check the Sonata out .... Just a basic model... Wow ! Something I could afford ... comfortable and so roomy... GREAT PRICE ! SOLD ...And still loving it 50,000 miles later . Still running like a top.

Average vehicle

I have had nothing but issues with this Hyundai, I have previously owned 2 others. I will not buy Hyundai again after this vehicle and the service I have received from the dealer. Hyundai has also given me issues regarding the warranty of the vehicle.

Great package bad deal

We were lied to and nobody returns calls. We are in a upside down loan. They care more about their commission and selfishness then giving their returning customers a great deal for being loyal. Very selfish

I love my Sonata

I have been pleased with the smooth ride and comfort of my Sonato. All the features certainly make it a luxury car my family enjoys and can depend on. I can recommend sonata and Elyria Hyundai without hesitation or reservation.

Love my Korean car made in Alabama!

Great in all aspects. Perfect size for road trip as well as around town driving. Electronics are in easy reach and work perfectly. Visibility is superb. Seating is comfortable. Enjoy front seat electric adjustments, especially on road trip.

Good car under 25K

Looks: Best among mid side sedans. Interiors also very much organized. Performance: As i have sports model, it offered various modes to select pickup based on need. Overall, i found OK. Milage: Fuel efficient car. Giveing more than 35 on highways, 25 on city limits.

Love this car and all it’s bells and whistles good car on the road. Good gas mileage. Love the sporty look of the car. One thing I don’t care for is the automatic start on the cell instead of the key fob

Quiet running, very little wind noise when driving, solid, secure on the road, comfortable seats, plenty of leg space in read seats even for a tall person, safe feeling when driving, well-engineered, attractive body style.

Everything is good except for the 953 recall

I love this car so much. But the way Hyundai is handling the engine issue (953 service campaign) is very disappointing. I'm not sure if I'll ever buy a Hyundai again unless Hyundai does something to bring back the confidence. Just a software update (which actually creates more problems) and an extension of warranty is not enough.

I have a Sonata and just love this car. Prior to this I had a 2015 Sonata and enjoyed the car, traded it in and got a 2017 Sonata. The warranty was a big selling deal, and the gas mileage is just what I need.

2018 Sonata

I was happy with my 2007 so naturally when it was time to replace it I went for another Sonata. They have style, room for my head and good gas mileage. The trunk is roomy. There is room fo other passengers Quiet on the road. Smooth ride.

Hyundai sonata limited edition 2.0 turbo

The car is fun to drive and has alot of nice features but the transmission has given me problems and still is. And I hate the Micbelen tires! They are very noisy and nowhere near worn out so it makes the car unenjoyable to drive anywhere but I can't see dropping 1200.00 bucks for new tires before they are worn out.

I love my 2017 Sonata Sport

This is the first Hyundai I have ever owned and it was a fantastic purchase! I have owned many US an foreign new automobiles! I am retired and live on a fixed income and looked at Chevrolet, Toyota and Honda! I got an incredible value compared to the others with a warranty that was indicative of a quality manufacturer. The competitors warranty indicated that they did not have the confidence that Hyundai had in their product! I have driven my Hyundai on several long trips and have found it comfortable, quiet, fuel efficient and fun to drive with plenty of power. My Hyundai has given me reliable “trouble free” service and I have recommended Hyundai to my family and friends without any reservations!

Bigger... spacier than the Mercedes

My Mercedes was too small to carry a walker and too small n the back to assist those who needed assistance. Th Hyundai has more electronics than the Mercedes; however, the GPS is not very friendly use able ie. if you know a street name that does not help...as in Mercedes all the same street names will come up and you chose the one that applies. Yes the GPS will get you there... but somethings it surely takes the long way around!!

2017 Sonata Limited

My 2017 Hyundai Sonanta Limited is great, except for the struts and brakes that perform very poorly. I am almost to the point where I may look to purchase after market part to replace the OEM items. Hyundai should have choosen better OEM items for a car at this price.

Love My Sonata

This 2017 Sonata Limited is my 2nd Sonata. I have owned three previous Elantras (including the Elantra Touring.) ll of the Hyundai's that I have owned have been wonderful to drive. Moved to larger Sonata when I decided we needed a little more room. I have passed on my Hyundai's to my son who passes them on to my grandson. They are dependable and excellent driving machines.

Overall very solid vehicle for the money. I enjoy the styling of my vehicle, the ride is quite comfortable and quiet. The car is surprisingly roomy in both the back seat and trunk space as well. Gas mileage a bonus!
