Too many issues. Performance, a.c. windows. Unreliable performance. Stalling,hesitation, . A.C. problems. Both windows motors have broken. Details on car exterior fade, Too many issues for a 31,000 car.

2016 tucson

we had a lot of trouble initially with the transmission but that was repaired; however, we do not care for this transmission type at all, often very unresponsive; also our align ets do not work very well or last very long for so e reason; the last time we had to have it re done the following day and it was way out of alignment; not sure why this is happening but it has happened more than once; now, we’re just not getting it aligned at all because now we also need tires; vehicle is rough riding right now and def needs an alignment but...

So far, pretty good.

Good vehicle for me to get around town in. Economical and good looking with great safety features. Squeaky brakes are a little annoying. Hesitation at idle has not occurred for a while. Maybe that was do to eco system or driving style.

Great purchase

I love this car. It’s fun to drive, I feel very safe in it and I love all of the safety features. I love having the blind spot indicator. Definitely recommend! Very sporty and sleek looking. Love this car!

Love my Tucson

There isn't any task my Tuscon can't handle. When I need a truck the seats go down and I can haul what I need. It's comfortable and my friends can all fit comfortably in the spacious backseat. I highly recommend the Tucson.

Tucson Review

The Tuscon is an excellent SVU. We have had no problems with it to date. We absolutely love the way it handles as it is not too big and not too small. It has ample room for passengers, groceries, and luggage when we travel. It gets reasonably good around town gas mileage and has high power on the highway with an exceptionally smooth ride. We highly recommend it to others.

Bad transmission

This vehicle is dangerous to drive at intersections, and most likely will get someone hurt. I can not or will I suggest this vehicle to anyone to buy. Inside great, outside looks good. sound system is adequate.

Great SUV (first new Tucson design generation 2016) BUT with initial factory & design problems.

The exterior and interior design of this SUV is the best, I purchased the full model (Limited) with panoramic sunroof (I love it), more comfort than my old BMW X1... BUT sadly some factory problems comes in the automatic transmission (first Hyundai double clutch transmission). In the same year a recall and software update almost fix the problem (for me this fix its better now, for some people not) but sometimes you can still filing the car jerking or shaking during gears shift. (I have my doubts about the change of the original thousands per gallon MPG efficiency with this software update) at 42, X00 milles the door window and lock was changed / repaired under factory warranty, but I'm still fighting for the approval and fix of the Blind Spot Detectors alarms sensors. (I need to keep insisting) Anyway, I love my Tucson and my family still keeps an old 2007 Santa Fe running like a sharp. I hope Hyundai can help me with my BSD fix.

Unhappy with engine overheating and emergency situation on highway within first six months. There was a recall for this problem which I was not notified about. I don’t like the acceleration drag and missing as it changes. Blind spots could be improved

This is second Hyundai, have had to have the air conditioner replaced twice and a new starter. It is a 2016 with 55 k miles. Now I need brakes which I know is normal for the mileage. May think it over before getting another Hyundai

Our Tuscon is awesome! It has all the bells and whistles and is very dependable.Also the best warranty in the business gives trouble free enjoyment to the owner. We would definitely buy another Hyundai product based on our experience with this car.

This is my favorite vehicle I have ever owned! I have had other Hyundai's that I really liked, but this one takes the cake. I wanted a Tucson, but wasn't overly impressed with the color choices, then came this bright electric blue! Yes Please!

Never Again!

Traded in my Santa Fe for this Tucson and very disappointed with the transmission/shifting - especially from a dead or slow rolling stop! It kept "bucking" until I stepped down hard on the gas!! Had it in six(6) times for the same condition and was told either: 1) you're not used to driving a turbo, or 2) it is the "dual clutch" transmission! Sounds as if Hyundai made the vehicle with a "DEFECT" and could not correct it?? In fact, there is a "class action" suit for owners with the EXACT condition (I guess we ALL don't know how to drive a turbo??!!!) This last service, I brought it in for a non-working window and again complained about the "excessive bucking" and this time they tried something "new", and condition is "better" BUT NOT THE WAY IT SHOULD BE - a smooth start from a full or rolling stop!!

Performance of my 2016 Hyundai Tucson

The 2016 Tucson is an outstanding vehicle with a few exceptions. Much better than other higher priced vehicles. Good control on the roadway and ride is smooth but a little bit noisier that I would like. Quite a bit of wind noise. Good service from my Service Manager Eddie Gamez at Red McCombs Hyundai. Tire wear is excellent and brake wear is excellent. Seat warmers are great. Seat positioning in good and comfortable. Many good features.

My 2016 Hyundai Tucson

My 2016 Hyundai Tucson has been a good auto to own as were the two previous Tucsons I've owned. My 2016 does NOT ride as good as my 2013 did and the 2016 has much more cabin noise. The gas mileage is very far from being what was posted on the window sticker. Tire wear and brake wear have been great. Overall I'm satisfied with the auto. I still love my Hyundai Tucson. Very nice looking auto. Main complaints are cabin noise and gasoline mileage. It also has at lease two bad blind spots. Mirrors need to be larger.

Dual Clutch Transmission NOT GREAT

This car would be perfect if the dual clutch transmission didn't create such a jolty ride. My passengers make comments EVERY time they are in my car. I try not to let other people ride with me because it's not a very enjoyable ride.
