3rd one owned..and everyone been great...my family also same.i use to work in a gm dealer...now would never buy anything but. Hyundia....dealer great always hits my goal... .easy to deal with..so in short there the best

I love my Tucson ❤️

I got my 2018 Tucson last year in May, so now I can tell you with more detail what I think of my car. I love, love it, it’s super easy to drive, the breaks are great, the 8” screen works perfect for me. The navigation works great, so I really like it. The engine runs so soft, sometimes I’m not sure if it’s on or off. Overall is a great car, I’m so happy I chose it after looking at 5 or 6 different brands.

Great job at service center

Jonathan was great, have me all the details and on time, made it enjoyable and will definitely return for next servicing . Price was good and the wait time was sooner that estimated, comfortable waiting room and free WiFi and coffee was a plus.

Great Looking

I wish this vehicle was better on Gas. I also feel the customer service at Bloomfield was nicer and patient, not so short with customers. Also, the price kof this vehicle could have been less than what it sold for, considering it wasn't fully loaded.

Great Auto

My Tucson is a great little car. It is the second one that I have owned and I have always referred to it as”my little truck”. It is very serviceable and convenient to haul anything from small loads to luggage or groceries. It is an ideal second car!

Love ? my car ? just wish it hadn’t been hit by a car ? in October and by a deer ? recently but it has been repaired and looks like it did when it had only 5 miles on it and I drove it home sold to me by a relative, the first vehicle was my Yellow Dodge Ram!

Great Gas Mileage

This is a great suv, would recommend itto to everyone if you plan on travelling with three people or more, this isn't the car fr you due to the lack of space in the rear.. It is great on gas though. Save money

Great small SUV.

This is a great car. Styling is beautiful and functional. Could use a little more pick up during acceleration. Great gas mileage. Cargo space is perfect for my family of five. It’s fun to drive and easy to park.

Plastic panels around the wheels and bumper is starting to fade and wish they were painted to match the color of the vehicle. The sound system could be better for my taste, but not bad overall just need more bass

Wife loves her SUV (Tucson Limited)

Only complaint we have is excess wind noise in the cabin.......Hyundai needs to improve on this. We've gone on a couple of road trips and it is really great on the highway with the one exception, the wind noise. A few times I actually tried putting up the window to stop the noise but it was already all the way up. Had a technician ck it out but was told that's how it is.

Great look, not a huge fan of the Transmission

I like the look and the size of the vehicle. I like all the Tech. I don't like the transmission. It is sluggish off the line. I can't say more but I have to fill this box with at least 200 characters to submit this survey. I'm about to give up on the survey all together.

I have found Hyundai to be the best vehicle ever! Napoleon’s Hyundai is the best dealership wouldn’t go any place else or buy any other make of car! I have found Hyundai to Have the best mileage of any car I have driven.

Great vehicle and great gas mileage

I like everything about our 2018 Tucson. It has plenty of power and great gas mileage. It has all the safety features that are so helpful as we mature. I only gave it a 4 because I think there should be more soundproofing for engine and road noise.

I love my 2018 Tuscan!

I love my 2018 Hyundai Tuscan! This car is very dependable. I am very satisfied with the design of the Tuscan. I have older grandchildren who are tall, and the leg space is perfect for their comfort...I even have a CD player which many cars today, don't... I would definitely recommend this car!

i'm enjoying it after having a Sonata

I do wish it was a 6 cylinder than a 4. I seem to be buying gas more often than I did also with the Sonata. I do like the ease of getting into drive it. The Sonata was lower to the ground. As a Senior I'm happy it's higher up.
