Great but has flaws
I really do love this SUV, we bought it new and was our first time buying a brand new vehicle. Within the first few days of driving it I heard irritating clunking coming from the lift gate, turns out it was the metal latch on the gate that had no grease so at every bump the gate would bounce and make a clunking sound, we fixed that. A few days later I noticed a cracking sound the beautiful sunroof makes when turning into a driveway or in the summer it cracks several times each time I drive it, even on flat roads and I live in the Pacific Northwest so it doesn't get very hot. The backup camera isn't as good as the other cameras, had the dealership look at it and they said it's the same as all the other SUVs, just poor quality- looks like water is in it and you can't make out any figure especially at night. There's a lag in the gas when going around a corner, when I brake and put my foot back on the gas it's like it has to think about it first then goes but jerks into gear. I love the aerial view camera the most, the large touch screen, touch navigation, text readout and ability to respond back, bluetooth talking is OK, gets 22mpg average, great leg room and trunk room, cruise control is nice- keeps its distance from other cars but brakes surprisingly hard when traffic slows or a car switches into my lane, and very bright headlights but yellow looking fog lights which looked bad so we put LED bulbs in. There's a lot to love about this SUV, just wish that it didn't feel so cheap after paying $40,000 for it.
