Love My 2020 Tucson

I enjoy driving my 2020 Tucson. It’s so easy to get in, and out, and it’s comfortable! I have figured out the Bluetooth technology (well, most of it), but the feature I really enjoy is the automatic lift gate. I just stand behind it with my packages, and it opens…no keys, no sticking my foot under it. I’m so glad I picked a vehicle with that option. I also appreciate the side-mirror warning lights. We don’t always see what’s beside us. I do miss the compass in the mirror though. So many features at a decent price.

Love this vehicle! My only real complaint is the threshold is too high stepping into the car. It behaves wonderfully in rain & snow conditions. Very comfortable. Good gas mileage. Not crazy about the blindspot in the rear windows. If it didn't have the rear camera for backing up, I wouldn't have bought it.

Admittedly, I bought my Tucson elsewhere only because the other dealership had the style I preferred. But the service I receive at Earnhardt is unparalleled. And everyone is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable in response to any questions I have about my vehicle, one of the most enjoyable I’ve owned in nearly 75 years.

Pretty decent car space wise, love the design, pretty good on gas. Great sales team at Rick Case, Luis is awesome this is the second car I’ve bought from him. They have a great service team when I come to fix my car it takes a while but I love close to they drop me home.

Love My Hyundai vehicles!

This 2020 Tucson is my third Hyundai purchased new. Had a Santa Fe first, then two Tucson’s! Totally satisfied with the looks, performance and gas mileage in my 2020 Tucson! No major problems with any of them, just regular maintenance performed. Highly recommend!!

We are satisfied with the vehicle

We are very satisfied with the vehicle, like I mentioned I would like for it to be a bit more quieter inside. The two front seats can be cooled off, I wish the back seats could have the same feature, I sometimes I hit the heat for the steering wheel when I want to hit the cooling one, maybe they can place that somewhere else.

Best Car We Have Ever Owned

We chose the 2020 Tucson Ultimate about a year ago and it has been the best car we have ever owned. This is our 3rd Tucson, as we have owned a 2014 and 2018. This Tucson is quieter, stronger, and more comfortable than the previous 2 cars. We also feel safer with the new safety features. One of the nicest things we love is the “sage brown” color which doesn’t show dirt as much as plain black or white and we love the new warning signals that warn you of cars coming too close or people walking behind the car when backing up. The engine is more powerful but quieter than our previous 2 Tucsons. Another major feature we love are the newly redesigned seats which fit the body better. You really notice the improvement on longer drives. The car gets better mileage than it used to and we consistently get more than 30 mpg. All around this car is fantastic.

Love My Tucson

I am totally satisfied with my Tucson. It has great handling, comfortable seating, easy driving, accessible controls, cargo room and great body styling. Very comfortable ride and easy programming. The Blue Link and phone detection is good also.

Overall good vehicle

Overall this is a very good vehicle the only issue I have is no rear seat vents which makes it difficult when there are passengers in the second row. Other than that I am happy with my Tucson. I am glad they redesigned the media/radio box as it took some getting use to

Love My little car.

Most vehicle warranties are only for 3 years and they are more expensive. A well made vehicle is backed by their warranty. I purchased my Tucson for comfort, quality, peace of mind and cost. I’ve had friends who were stunned at the quality compared to their preferred brand that cost more!

Although a little underpowered, construction is excellent with well thought out design and many features standard that were optional in other brands. We came from a one year old Lincoln costing double that literally was a lemon. This was a refreshing treat

This car is fantastic it rides very smooth and the comfort is beyond my expectations . As far as having enough room its been very comforting to be able to carry all my sports equipment in the spacious trunk. The gas mileage is also something that I like , and the overall comfort makes it very relaxing to drive.
