i love this car so much. it was a awesome upgrade from the car i had before . the design and just everything about it is so comforting and it drives so smooth. i will definitely be telling my friends to get this car as well.

Great overall quality made vehicle with great standard safety features. Smooth quiet ride on the highway. The body design is very nice and interior leg room is very comfortable. Accessories are easy to use and in easy reach.

It's a luxury car without the luxury price...

I bought the 2021 Tucson Ultimate because I knew the outgoing model would have discounts, plus I got 0% interest financing. I was coming from a Veloster R-Spec. It has the same features as luxury car brands, but it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to purchase or maintain... I'm impressed and definitely recommend Hyundai to pretty much anyone I talk to looking for a new car.

Great vehicle at a great price

Overall I love the vehicle because it has all the amenities I wanted in a car but at a price I could actually afford. My two favorite features are probably the vented/cooled seats and power moonroof. I also love the powered lift gate.

I am a very satisfied Hyundai Tucson Owner. The Napleton auto Group is definitely the best Hyundai dealership in the south part of Chicago. Yes i would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Mr. George Obas is definitely the best.

The Tucson is a great car with many wonderful features. I would buy it again just not in the silver color due to the gray plastic molding trim that fades and discolored and took away from the appearance of the car within 3 months.

Great little suv

My only complaint is that I didn't get the 2.4 engine & the Oem headlight bulbs are super dim. Otherwise great little car efficient and practical. My wife loves it, I just prefer more power! But still great

Love my new truck

I really love this truck it is not the color I wanted but I still love it.I will recommend this vehicle to any family looking for something safe and dependable. The sale lady was very sweet and they took their time with me and she explain everything to me. I was always used to my dad helping with picking out cars and they helped and made it easy.

The car has a smooth drive. The car saves gas on road trips. The seats are comfortable. The care is spacious especially in the back seating. The safety system works awesome. We feel safe driving the car.

Just bought the vehicle so not much to say. Only thing I think is the power is a little low but seems to do ok. The ride is stiff but expected on a small suv. Seats are hard but the rear are impressive. Reclining back seats.

This is my second Hyundai of which I am ver satisfied with, The dealership was great to do business and the sales person and dealership manager was also grate to deal with, I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a grate way to purchase a vehicle. It’s a great deal!

I bought the 2021 Tucson Ultimate. It’s fun, sporty and an easy drive. Could be a bit better with its gas mileage but overall it’s a great smooth ride. I had looked into other vehicles since I’ve always driven Acura’s, and I’m glad to say I got everything in this vehicle that I’ve always had in my previous vehicles for about half the cost. I’d recommend this car to anyone specially with the upgrades.

2021 Hyundai Tucson fun to drive

My 2021 Tucson is a pleasure to drive. Acceleration is a little anemic, however I purchased it for the miles per gallon rating, not speed and performance. The transmission feels like it wants another gear, and it’s a bit slow off the line. Overall it is quiet at highway speeds and a performs adequately. Fit and finish great, however some interior rattles present which can be fixed at my next dealer visit. It developed a clunk in the rear suspension at ~4500 miles and that is a greater concern as it may be hard to find.

Comfortable, reliable ride.

This is my 2nd Tucson. My 1st was a 2015, a base model with front wheel drive. I really liked that car but here in the north country with it's wintry weather and unpredictable snow storms, I felt an AWD was necessary. The new 2021 Tucson Limited has more bells and whistles than I expected. The H track All Wheel Drive was excellent in the snow this past winter and the car is very comfortable, practical and easy to operate.

I have not had this car for more than a month so I can't totally give a solid review. So far I am satisfied with the car and it's performance. Still getting used to all the features. I wish it had more chrome on the sides. It's totally black. Need to break it up a little.
