Love

I'm very happy with my purchase! I do wish had I had the option of other colors at the dealership. I feel like over 50 percent of the inventory was white. I have a different vehicle that I drive to work, but I drive this one for all other travels. It performs well on road trips and is very comfortable.

Love my Hyundai

Great value. Comfortable drive. Fun to drive. Purchased due to physical limitations and it is easy to get into ad out of as well as great for long distance trips. Plenty of room for luggage, passengers, and pets.

Don Franklin & MIsty Roberts made leasing a Tucson easy!

We leased two more Tucson's from Misty after having the other two for three years. Everyone at Don Franklin Hyundai-Lexington has been great, but Misty is one of the best customer service people I have every dealt with.

Tucson

I do not like having this suv, don’t like how high I sit, how it handles and it’s not a car. It doesn’t satisfy my need for speed, the storage is ok just awkward. Don’t like that I have to manually open the hatch in the back.

Very nice comfortable suv. Nice style, good power. Looks good drives great, sasy to get in and out of. The 360 view camera is outstanding. Ease of use for climate control and radio buttons. Worth the price.

I love my car so much , words cant explain how much i love it , the ease of maintenance and the features it has are unmatched , i would buy another one if i could , recommend this vehicle, if you like to have fun and are constantly on the road , good gas mileage,5 stars all around

I like the Tuscan for the most part

I like the design of the Tuscan .. the apple play on the dash is clear and easy to reach…easy to get in and out of. The steering wheel has a rough texture, I would rather it be smoother. It does hesitate when accelerating when the air conditioner is on

I LIKE IT

Looks good, drives good, comfortable, reliable. This vehicle falls a little short on MPG. It has a spare tire and not one of those fix a flat cans many car companies equip to save maybe $100 in place of giving you a spare tire. This vehicle has a 5-year bumper to bumper warranty. I WOULD BUY THIS VEHICLE AGAIN

Exactly What I Wanted

I always do significant research prior to buying a vehicle and stayed with Hyundai for my replacement due to their outstanding warranty and previous experience with the dealership. Will continue to use the dealership and brand as I have had no problems or concerns now for over 5 years with the Hyundai product.

Safe and comfortable

Just took our vehicle on 2 week road trip. Love the panoramic sunroof. No issues and very comfortable. Appreciated the many safety features including safe cruise control, lane change warning signal and back up camera.

Love this car

I previously owned a front wheel drive Tucson and then switched to a Jeep Cherokee. The Tucson was a much better vehicle as far as the overall design and warranty.. However, I needed a 4 wheel drive vehicle for winter driving, hence purchasing the Jeep. When it was time for a new vehicle, I decided to look at an all wheel drive Tucson. I liked the Tucson very much and decided to buy it.

Great vehicle for traveling. The pricing could be much lower. Very comfortable to drive and seems to be very sturdy. I would recommend to someone else, although the asking price should be much less than asking.

So far great car

Have a water leak and waiting for the dealer to fix the problem the dealer needs to address my problem by fixing my problem. The car is a great looking car with plenty of ground clearance have yet to drive in snow. Could be better on fuel consumption.

Nice vehicle

We had our Tucson for 1 year already overall not a bad vehicle but we do have a couple issues that I hope Hyundai addresses and fixes. Not too bad on gas on the interstate but in the city we wish it could be better.

Love my Tuson

I am used to a larger vehicle, I owned the Santa Fe with the third row seats. With that being said this hits all the marks for me. I will probably eventually go back to the Santa Fe for the size but other than that I love this vehicle.

Horrible

I feel unsafe in this vehicle and I regret purchasing it. The customer service was terrible. The brakes are awful, acceleration is terrible. The vehicle is very low powered even in sport mode and burns too much fuel. It is poorly aligned and has become a safety hazard.
