satisfied but not impressed

very poor dealership sales and finance people-never added extras that I requested-not enough after market parts-no side door moldings or protective panels-engine is far too small for car-looks and rides nice-needs more cabin storage

Great ride, looks great!

The only thing that doesn’t give this a 5 star rating is the concern about the issues with engines catching on fire due to faulty parts and horror stories of people getting stuck without a car due to supply chain issues. I can only hope the issue has been rectified.

Me experience

This car for the most part is good. If the basis features are in the works to become standard then it will bump up my expectations. The commercial of the car is more exciting to look at than to actually drive the car.

2021 Tucson

My 4th Hyundai. Don't love it like I did the others. Just disappointed. May look for something else when the lease expires. The survey took too long to complete and is very confusing in the way it is set up.

Excellent vehicle. Love driving it. Good gas mileage. Comfortable on long trips.

This is our second Hyundai Tucson. We love the vehicle. The ride is comfortable. The heated seats are my favorite. They are comfortable for long trips. Our first Tucson had 30,000 miles that we put on it in the first year. We took it on all of our vacations because of its comfort and excellent gas mileage. We traded it for our 2021 and love it just as much. We were going to trade it for the 2022 Santa Cruise but we haven't been able to find one that we like due to the shortage of vehicles this year. If Hyundai wold only make a pick truck it would be awesom.

Had 1 year so far & no problems. Would recommend to anyone looking for a suv. Very satisfied with my purchase. This is my first hyundai and I really like it. Good value compared to other suv vehicles

So far so good

I downsized from full size sedan to Tucson. V6 to 4 cyl. Not sure I would like smaller ride but so far I have been happier than expected with this vehicle. Pickup has been adequate and it did well on interstate driving.

Love my tucson.

Tucson is the perfect car to travel in and use around town. Pretty comfortable when traveling on highways or zipping around town. Room enough for adults and kids. Oh yea also pets. I don’t tow with it but I’m sure it will be ok for a small light weight trailer.

The car in all is a great buy

Honestly my biggest two down falls of this car is the fake led head lights and no heated mirrors. The cost of the vehicle is a Big Bang for my buck. I believe it’s a great investment. I enjoy driving it. The kids like it. I am an overly picky person who did my research and over looked a few minor details. Still felt like a right buy a year later.

Love this car

This is my second Tucson. I could not be happier. It is comfortable, reliable and fun to drive. Interior room makes it easy to carry passengers or cargo. Really like the safety features. This is my first car with a backup camera. It has taken some getting used to.

First Year.

After a year driving this Vehicle I'm very please with his performance, good mileage in the highway. Thinking about trading my wife accent for a Tucson, she loves the way my performs in the highway. But over all is been a great SUV.

I love Hyundai cars. The sales experience was excruciating, it took way to long and I believe I was double teamed in a time when my wife was in hospice and dying of cancer. I also feel I did not get good value for my trade in.

Feel comfortable with the safety features. As I stated in the 1st survey, the safety features is great. There's absolutely no way driving a Tucson 2021 should be in a accident with all the safety features.

The sales team was exceptional. I received exactly what I was looking for and then some.

This vehicle is easy to judge and drive. I feel safe, especially with the winter we are having. I love the fact I can lock the anti-lock feature when the weather is bad. I love the room it provides and the fact my passengers sitting in the back have plenty of leg room and are comfortable. Definitely a wise purchase.

Tuscon has been great so far

The Tuscon is a great compact SUV! Love that I'm averaging almost 30 mpg. It came standard with many safety features. The seats are comfortable and there's enough leg room for an average sized adult. Hoping for many more good years!!

Poor on gas

Would trade it in fast if could the gar is horrible on gas the financial and warranty department does nothing but lie to you. The only nice person in the whole place was my sales guy everyone else nothing but lies I will never trust hyundai again

It is fun to drive does well in snow I live in the country . Has plenty of room for me. I like the style and look of the car. It does pretty well on gas milage. It was easy to deal with the salesman.
