Great dealer experience

Had such a great no hassle experience with Crown Hyundai. They did not try to force you to buy a bunch of nonessential add-ons like other dealers do. They really want you to return and we will for our next vehicle.

Fun

This is my first time purchasing a Hyundai. My 2023 Venue Limited is a fun car. Love the Denim color exterior and interior. My experience at the dealership was very positive. My sales person at Potamkin Hyundai in Lilburn Georgia was Michael Shoar. He was extremely helpful,knowledgeable and patient with me. The Venue checks a lot of boxes. The safety features are really good. Fuel mileage is good too.

This is a great car to drive when there is no wind. When there is HOLD ON! nice to look at but very slow to get to speed. All of the comfort features are great but it is SLOW should have driven it o. A nasty windy day If i had it would still be on the lot for sale.

It is fine for what I need.

A 200 minimum word count is a little ridiculous. The vehicle is fine and so was the service. Marie, the sales person was accommodating and friendly. I wish I would have negotiated more, but that’s on me.

My experience

I came in looking for a used car and after speaking with the sales rep and financial advisor, I was convinced that a new car would be the best way to go financially. And I'm so glad I did. I now have a reliable car with lots of warranties. My sales rep, Phillip was kind, patient and very detailed without being condescending.

Decent Vehicle for price, however couple issues

You get many features, and a durable, gas friendly car, however there are a few issues. There’s no option to fix headlights for brighter nighttime driving, no heated seat options, and the screen goes black often/ in addition to having issues connecting to your smart phone and the music cutting out randomly. The driver seat only goes up so far as well, so visibility may be an issue.

I feel this by far has been the best experience I’ve had from the many dealerships I’ve bought from. My sales manager was the absolute best I actually have been recommending him to everyone

I Went into the Quincy Hyundai dealership. They had exactly what I wanted. The weight wasn’t long at all I was extremely pleased at how fast it was. My sales person was awesome. He did everything and everything he could. I believe he went above and beyond, and I was actually in disbelief that it went so fast, and so smooth.

Affordable

A good starter car for the price point considering all the features it provides. The vehicle comes with a lot of warranties. Although it might not be worth while to purchase the extended warranty. I would recommend saying no to it. You can do it yourself at a fraction of the cost

THE BIGGEST LITTLE CAR IN THE MARKET

This car far exceeded my expectations. The seats almost hug you in comfort, and yet leg room is plentiful and long distant trips are comfortable and a pleasure to drive and also ride in. I just love the beautiful scarlet red pearl color.

Venue Limited

In my experience: the Dealership and salesperson make all the difference in my level of satisfaction! Two dealerships that I had communicated with could not have been more opposite! One very communicative and the other I had to constantly reach out to for any updates. One was professional and the other got very nasty with me after they put a $500 deposit on my credit card. They could not provide me with the vehicle that they promised would ‘arrive any day now’ but never did!! Dispute on my credit card with this dealership.

I thought I wanted a Kona but after test driving the limited Venue I fell in love with it! You won’t regret it! I upgraded from a 2000 ford Taurus so all of these standard features are new to me and I love everything about this car

The Hyundai Venue Denim is a superb vehicle.

An easy, fun car to drive, the Denim Venue looks great (and has a unique styling) - we think it looks better than any comparable or more expensive vehicle. It's considered a small car but doesn't feel that way (but it's surely easy to park and maneuver). The Denim profile is was a big sell for us and we were willing to wait for its availability.
