Thank goodness for 100,000 mile warranty
This vehicle has generally been good and reliable. Over the last 5000 miles, I am drawing great concern. Prior to this, the only issues the car had were a bad USB connection, the driver door interior handle became inoperable, and the weather lining on the sunroof came loose. But in the last few months, the vehicle needed two repairs on the engine block that would have costs thousands of dollars each, but were covered under the warranty. Now it needs a knock sensor to the tune of $800. The car just turned 90,000 miles. My last two cars, a Geo Metro that lasted 138,000 miles and an Acura 2.3 CL that lasted 163,000 miles needed nothing like this. So this is very concerning.
Car otherwise does what is expected. But I am unsure how long I can hang on to this with this sudden spate of major repairs.
