Have owned Infiniti’s since 1992! This may be my last!

The 2016 Q80 only has 58,000 miles and was garage kept until a year ago. The paint blisters and peels and Infiniti says it’s not there problem. The vehicle eats tires and have spent $5,000 on the suspension and they say it’s not their issue. Vehicle has never been off road and live in a paved subdivision. All the issues appeared when it was out of warranty and the dealer did all the service while it was in warranty. After at least a dozen Infiniti vehicles this one has left a sour taste with no sympathy from them other than we are sorry.

Family with Multiple Infiniti Vehicles

Nothing but quality since our fist Infinity in 2007-three others since the first vehicle. No major issues with any of them. Design, engineering, and looks are top notch. Comfort is key for me with the QX80. If the QX80 had a little better gas mileage - it would be perfect. Wish safety features were standard.
