An Astonishing Value
Our first leased Mercedes GLK 350 was a 2010 model, which received unusually good reviews for handling, interior work and design, when it was introduced. The price, with some desirable options, was about $34,000. We were offered a leased 2012 model by Mercedes at no additional cost, an offer we accepted.. At the end of the 2012 lease we bought the car, financing the purchase through a local credit union. The car, in fact, handles extremely well, with minimum tilt on tight turns and has run flawlessly. Over the years, Mercedes, unfortunately, rounded its unusually attractive, pert sheet metal, and has now, I believe, stopped producing this model, although Mercedes contractors continue to make replacement parts.
