Great SUV and EV

The VW ID4 is a very well made SUV that happens to be an EV. The car has the tightest turning radius of any car I have ever owned. The car is quick and has many features for a car in its price range. It is underrated for how inexpensive the car is to own. My full new car insurance was less than my 5 year old Buick Sportsback. When I asked the insurance company if they gave me a correct price they told me that it is because unlike other EV's it is meant to be repaired. The body is high strength steel that can be repaired at a body shop. The EV battery system also has 12 individual cells which can be individually replaced. They said in many cases Teslas and some other EV's even with simple accidents can be may thousands to repair. A dent in my son's Tesla Model 3 the size of a quarter cost $3,500 because a new door panel had to be ordered since it could not be repaired by banging the dent out and simple repainting. My son's Tesla insurance just jumped to over $12,000 every 6 months through a typical insurance company. The only way to get affordable insurance was to go straight to Tesla. The car is incredibly safe. I have seen many accidents at freeway speeds where people could just exit the vehicle not hurt at all. The quality and quiet interior is great. I wish the software were better and dealer support easier but it is definitely a great car.

Best vehicle ever owned!!

Bought the VW ID.4 3 months ago. It has been the best car my wife and I have ever owned. All the amenities are top notch and spot on! I especially enjoy the massage seats in the front row. The styling and design of the car is spectacular! Placement of the LED accent lighting is awesome. The handling,, the ride,, the acceleration is superior! We didn't have to break the bank to buy it either. Very affordable. Oh and did I say it's fully ELECTRIC!!! NO MORE EXPENSIVE TRIPS TO THE GAS STATION TO FILL OUR OLD SUV!! Love, love, love this VW ID.4 SUV!!! VW hit this one out of the park!!!!
