The frame damage was not disclosed to me upon sale, it also was not on the Carfax, so, I had no idea the extent of the damage or even where the damage occurred. After being turned down by numerous collision shops Jeff F. took the time to listen to what my husband and I were saying and promptly made an appointment for me to have my car inspected. Jeff gave us the most conclusive picture he could about the current state of my vehicle so that we could make the most educated decision possible concerning our next steps with the car. The dreaded "Service Engine Soon" light came on my BMW on New Year's Eve and I instinctively brought
my car to J Gramley's because of a positive experience during my prior visit. They were closed early for the holiday, but there was still a gentleman there that I was able to talk to and he diagnosed the issue.
I am very appreciative of their great customer service and passion for cars. I will definitely come back for any future maintenance/service needs.
