Hyundai Fremont was great...however rest of Hyundai provided terrible service
Hyundai Fremont was great. Nick took care of the paint issue very efficiently once I went to Fremont.
The rest of Hyundai including Hyundai America call center and the case manager (Pamela) assigned and her supervisor was horrendous. San Leandro Hyundai also never followed through after they took the pictures...never submitted it to Hyundai. Stevens Creek Hyundai would also not help. This case took 3+ months to resolve because of complete incompetence elsewhere in the organization. I should've gone to Fremont Hyundai to begin with.

Schedule an appointment they didn’t have me wait more than an hour for sercice like other dealerships
were i had appointment took 3 hours for service not here I waited for like 45 minutes

just another dollar sign for them. I went to Expert Auto Care a couple of years ago and decided to come back after AAA failed to find and fix the problem with my Audi. Long story short, I paid thousands of dollars to have my car fixed by AAA and returned the car 3-4 times because of issues. AAA didn’t even solve the initial problem. But Expert Auto Care did.

Came in for an oil change and Z explained what will be done. He went over what was needed for my car
in the near future and listed on paid invoice. Reset what was needed on my dash and checked and filled the air in my tires.
