I went in for an oil change for my older AudiA4. I asked ahead if they could order a factory oil filt
er for me ahead, and they did so without complaint. I also asked them to check my headlight and explained that my husband had already put a new bulb in there, but it didn't work. They ordered a new bulb for me ($160) and had it quickly sent over, but when they were installing it, they were able to get the original bulb to work ! Instead of charging me for the new one, they showed absolute honesty and integrity, which is very hard to find these days
