My grandson needed an oil change and tire rotation. He had been using one of those "drive in/drive ou
t" chains, so service was minimal for this recently purchased used car.
I suggested he use a "real repair and maintenance shop" so additional items were taken into consideration and not just an oil filter and new oil.
He was surprised and relieved that a full inspection was done, lube, everything, and a printed report. Reasonably priced, he discovered. No up selling, just a heads up that he will need rear brakes in xxx miles or so. He'll be back for sure.
