My '09 Toyota's serpentine belt got dislodged and my water pump failed. Javier picked up when I calle
d the following morning. Upon a tow, he confirmed the frayed belt and explained the need to replace the water pump. He physically pointed out reasons for his diagnosis and gave an estimate quickly.
