I was very impressed with the promptness, efficiency, and excellence in which the shop worked on my v
ehicle. I was called a number of times just to keep the communication lines open and I felt I had a good idea of what was going on.
The only complaint I have is when I went to pickup the vehicle, my battery was completely dead and I had to call a friend to come jump. This was most likely due to the Accessport being left on. Turning off the device was clearly explained at the top of my first email to Matt. It seems to be fine at this point.
