looking for the Genesis SUV. They called me to come in, (I live 25 miles away) saying they had a surprise for me and when I arrived it was a car not a SUV. They told me that it would be months before they would get the SUV so I settled for a car and found out 1 week later that they had gotten SUVs in. He lied each time I called to ask about the SUV. I learned that the finance deal for the car was far more than what I should have been paying. My credit score was 884 and they financed it for 4.9%.
I then was told by a coworker that I should reach out to the general Manager Perry about my experience and he and Salesman Craig were very apologetic about what I had gone through and they were able to get me into a Beautiful GV70 in a less than a week's time. e. My dad di all of the leg work for me (I do not live close to the dealership and he does) and so when we went to go in and sign, pretty much everything was done and the paperwork was ready for us. They went the extra mile and put a huge red bow on my car to make it extra special when I saw it in person for the first time, and even added a personal touch as another extra. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, and every single person I interacted with felt like they were family or I had met them before. They went the extra mile in getting us the best deal and I could not be more thankful. Shay was an absolute delight to sign paperwork with, and Alex and Tom really made the extra effort to make this an exciting and personal experience. 10/10 would recommend this dealership and team, and also 10/10 would recommend a 4Runner. Best car I have ever had!

Daniel has helped me with signing relevant documents. I've been offered various dealer packages/services, and decided to add pre-paid factory recommended maintenance plan to my purchase. Overall, I rate my experience as 6x stars (out of 5x)! Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle; check out the Mazda at Gladstone for your dream car. You won't be disappointed, I promise! :)
