The service department is clean, they are professionals and know how to keep you satisfied. They make you feel confident for choosing them to care for your vehicle. And they make sure you are satisfied with the work they performed. Tops in my opinion.

Love the car wash!
I routinely have my oil changed at Joe Machens Hyundai. This is done in a timely manner and a plus is the car wash. I also appreciate being made aware of service needs but no pressure to do them immediately.

ALL WAS OK. IT WOULD BE NICE IF THEY WOULD VACUUM OUT THE CARS WHEN THE DO AN OIL CHANGE AS WELL. THEY WILL WAS THEM, BUT NOT VACUUM
