Impressive Service
My car broke down, unfortunately, but I knew just where I wanted it towed. Joe Machens made every effort to accommodate my needs while my car was being repaired. Their guys in the service department know their stuff and kept me in the loop at every step of the process.

It didn't cost me extra money
It didn't cost me any extra when they ran into problems with a safety recall item that required another part. They even provided me with a vehicle to use while the part was being ordered, shipped and installed. Thank you!

Thank you for your feedback Gary. You are right we do need more loaner cars we are working on that the problem is insurance only allow's us to use certain cars for it we can't just use any car on the lot any more the law will not allow it. Thank you
