The work is great cautious on customer service.
Trusting and true with the issues the vehicle, that is what has kept me coming back and giving an average. But is on the verge of below average. While I would recommend the dealership to a friend, I would do it extremely cautiously. Lately it seems that the service department and payment desk is in such a rush, a rush to get you off the phone, a rush to get you out of the check in area, no time to talk with you about your car, inconvenience to ask questions, it is an uncomfortable feeling. I understand they have lot to do, but treating people this way makes them feel unimportant and less likely to come back because the price is the same if not more then another place.

I would recommend the St. Charles Automotive dealership to anyone who would listen. The Service Dept is one of the best I have ever had work on any of my vehicles. Sales does a great job on follow..... I really can't say enough about their dealership as a whole.....

They're honest, can't beat that.
I'm pleased that I chose to buy my car from this company back in 2015. Never had anything but a positive experience, best of all I trust them and their word. By the way, the coffee is very good, maybe I'll make it a point to sneak buy and cop a cup from time to time, maybe I wont get caught.
