Once the kinks were figured out in reference to scheduling concerning the door locks freezing up during cold weather, the service department did a very fine job fixing the door lock problem plus servicing the vehicle. Completely the task in a shorter time period than what I anticipated. The service department has always been very friendly.

Everything was great. When I got home from dropping off my truck I had received another recall notice. I called the shop and they had already taken card of the new notice. Nice work.

They forgot to include my coupon for a free Squeely’s car wash when I picked up the truck.

Went in for service and recall, Not a bad experience but apparently the service guy does not understand the word minimum on the coolant tank as I got I got it back with the coolant level below minimum. Happened when it was Parker Ford as well so even though a new owner still the same level of incompetence.

What a great place to do business!
My wife's car was leaking fuel and filling the garage with fumes so I called Joe at Mike White Ford and he told me to bring it right in and they made the repair (O ring) and also found a couple of other items that needed addressed. I am grateful for the service team and Joe, they make sure my vehicle is in good shape and take the time to look it over every time I come in. Great Job guys!!

Repair/recall took longer than expected and no car wash. Tyler was excellent
Scheduled and arrived on time for an airbag recall on my F150. The repair was supposed to take 2 hours. After over 2.5 hours I found my truck finished but now just sitting in the lot. I had to initiate contact with someone (other than Tyler. He was busy) to alert them my truck had been sitting out now for at least another 15 minutes.

Please reinstate washing and vacuuming vehicles after they have been serviced. Issuing a car wash coupon is a nice gesture and it gets me out the door quicker but now I have to take even more of my time and go out of my way to get my vehicle washed. And I have to do my own vacuuming!
Not a very good idea.
Wash the vehicles at the dealership so the customer drives away with an expertly repaired and now clean vehicle.

I am disappointed that the problem with my car is NOT, of course covered under our $1550 extended warranty. $120 per hour seems awfully spendy.
