So after a very frustrating past few months new truck shopping across Idaho and Washington, exhausted
from dealing with salesmen who either don’t know their products, don’t know their inventory, and definitely don’t know vehicle specifications/functions, we ventured into Mike white Ford (Sandpoint location) with caution figuring we would be dealing with much of the same we had already experienced. We were immediately greeted by Randy Claflin who was personable and enthusiastic to answer our questions. Randy was very knowledgeable about the vehicles features and functions and walked us through the process of ordering the vehicle with patience. Paul the manager was also great to deal with as we built and ordered the vehicle as a team. They went over every detail with us and made sure we understood all the functionality of the options we were interested in. When my vehicle arrived, they were just as helpful showing me how to use various vehicle functions. Tim Claflin joined as head of finance and was very personable and helpful during the purchasing of our new truck. If you are in need of a new or previously owned vehicle, I would highly recommend taking your business to Mike White Ford (Sandpoint location). Compared to a lot of area dealers and salesmen, we found this team to be a Dream Team to deal with in every aspect of this process.
