Down to earth and very knowledgeable.

Every time I bring my F-350 in for service, I know it will be fix right the first time. I will also be told of what to expect the next visit and what is due.

Quick, courteous and welcoming service
We pulled off the highway on a Saturday with what turned out to be a throttle problem. One of the salesman quickly escorted us to Christian in the service department where he squeezed us in, the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly so we could get back on the road. All of the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. The only exception was that won still on the road when my wife called ahead, the woman who answered was neither friendly nor very helpful. Fortunately, that was a clear exception.

Great people. Great work. Great attitudes.
My replacement O2 sensors were installed in a very timely manner. Even though the technician had to crawl under my motor home to do the work, he was extremely pleasant. He did a real good job too. Plus he talked to me about several other aspects of my V10 engine. If Mike White Ford can take my motor home in and do whatever work I need done, I'll never go to any other dealership. By the by, the service writers were great too. Especially Chelsea. Her dad should be very proud.

Oil change and GPS diagnostics
$34 part and $370 labor to replace the GPS antenna. I decided not to do it as I use CarPlay .

Called when they said they would and were very helpful at drop off and pickup.

Quick, friendly, quality service.
I brought my car in due to issues associated with a recall. I was able to drop it off the night before, Christian took it in for a 7:00 AM appointment and called to tell me it was done by noon. It was the most stress free maintainence I’ve ever had!

Went in to get the coolant flushed and they did that but now the antifreeze is leaking all over the place. Seems typical of this outfit one step forward, two steps back.

Door lock problems
I have had an issue with the door locks on my truck for four years. They lock and won’t unlock. It is still under extended warranty. The rear ones have been replaced, but not by a part that they are using on recalls so it will probably happen again.

No one informed me that this was a big problem with F 150’s. I had to research it myself. I did convince the dealership to waive the deductible as I do not believe I should have to keep paying for something they don’t fix properly.

They also couldn’t even make me a door key. Said there was something wrong with my key or tumblers. All that was wrong was the lock needed to have some compressed air to clean it. I went to a locksmith and they solved the problem in five minutes. They wanted $21 for a $3.50 key anywhere else.

I will say everyone was very polite and professional and I appreciate that. The service manager is continuing to work on whether my door locks can be replaced under the recall.

Friendly, Organized and Clean
I recently relocated here and I brought my Ford C-Max in to Mike White Ford for its 2-year check-up and to replace an interior passenger door panel that had popped off. I was impressed by how organized the check-in process was and how clean the entire service department is kept. They were respectful of my time, getting me in and out as promised. The waiting area has a nice selection of beverages, magazines, a TV, and is both friendly and pet-friendly.

Every person I encountered during my two visits to the service department were professional, courteous and helpful. As an added bonus, the door panel was still under warranty. All of this was in the middle of what looks like a significant remodel of the building...looking forward to working with you and would highly recommend Mike White Ford. Thank you to the entire staff for a job well done!

Christian was very professional this time. I've had a lot of problems with the service department the last 12 months, since Parker took over, then Mike White. Additionally, if I were a salesman, I would be on the service department like white on rice when one of my customers called asking for help. I called Lyle several times asking for assistance with the service department, after buying two new cars from him in the past 2 years, to no avail. I've purchased a total of 3 cars from Tom Addis and Parker in the last 5 years so I expect Red carpet service from all departments. I think Mike White might be improving which is a good sign but for now I am still skeptical. I will most likely purchase my 2018 Ford F-150 from Larry H Miller Ford in the Denver area (excellent dealership and worth the road trip). I do give a big thank you to Christian for trying to save me some money yesterday and taking time to explain things to me!
