Things not fixed properly
Things not fixed properly. Besides dealing with a windshield wiper replacement that I didn’t need or want, it was replaced after they broke part of it in a way that now is not set straight. Also, they did some other work and must’ve disconnected my battery and now my clock is broken. Have not had much luck with service from this place since it went away from Tom Addis

Truck work.
Had a few things fixed. Work was fast and got a free car wash. Only complaint would be the $70 fee for each item inspected. But solid job on the fixes.

Service department.
I'm tired of taking my truck back multiple times to have any issues repaired.
The last time it was in I was told that the noise from the drivetrain leaving a stop light is normal and all Super Duty Trucks clunk when they start moving.
I'm very disappointed in the service department.

Friendly attentive service staff. Clean Facility. Shuttle drivers were very nice. Tyler from service dept. was very polite, professional and enthusiastic.
Please provide drinking water, other than out of the sink faucet, in your waiting area. If I missed it and it is already there then I apologize.
They say if you don't ask you will never be told "Yes." Please provide fresh baked chocolate chip cookies to waiting service area customers like title companies do. Very little cost and time to make and these little specialties go over really big.

Wasted Days and Wasted Nights
Vehicle: 2017 Ford F-350 Lariat. <14,000 miles.
Left vehicle on Tuesday AM. Assumed they were working feverishly on it since I heard nothing until Friday PM. Not the case. Even though I informed them of my need to have the front suspension problem fixed before I drove to Alaska in 10 days, all that was accomplished in 3 days was road force balancing of tires. I will grant that after I expressed my displeasure with the progress they picked up the pace, but it was too little, too late. After receiving the vehicle back, after 9 days in the shop, I was not able to properly road test the vehicle before leaving for Alaska. In Parker Ford's defense, I know they needed permission from Ford to perform some of this work, but the initial delay proved too much to overcome.
As for the trip to Alaska. The front suspension was much improved, but still too much wobble on sharp bumps. However, it did not enter a full blown "death wobble" although it felt very close several times. One other problem surfaced on the trip. Apparently all the tire rotations and mount/dismount sequences damaged one of the valve stems. About 500 miles into the trip (well before the bad roads) the tire pressure monitoring warning came on. Lost pressure from 80psi to 65psi. Apparently slowly losing pressure since it left the shop. Changed tire in the Northern Rockies at 2am. Lot's of fun. Upon getting it repaired, the tech showed me the problem by pushing lightly on the valve stem to one side. You could feel the air coming out. He also replaced the saftey cable to the spare which Parker had failed to do though asked on two occasions. Didn't even have to ask him.

Failed to correct "Check Engine Light"
This is the first disappointing experience I had with the repair of my 2010 Ford Ranger which I bought from Parker Ford.
They replaced a part that they said that caused the checked Engine light. Within minutes the check engine light comes back on and I take it back. When I last picked it up, the check engine light came on when I turned it on. Extremely disappointed service and excessive cost to not fix it.

Christian spent a lot of time with me on the phone answering all of my questions about the repair needed for my F-150. I really participated that! The work done on the truck seems fine and I feel they were very honest about what needed to be done.
They are definitely changing the negative thoughts I have had about dealers taking advantage of people .

F-150 Recal Service
First, I am very pleased with my F-150 truck. I have taken it to Parker Ford for service on more than one occasion and was pleased with the staff and the service performed. In this case, however, I have some issues to address. First the hood latch to the engine compartment was left open. Luckily it didn't come loose on my drive home. Second the drivers seat and headrest was moved to extreme angles which made it difficult for me to even get into the truck. It would be nice if the service department would return the driver's seat to its original setting prior to returning to the customer. Otherwise the quality of work performed was excellent and I am pleased with the service provided. I would have given a 5-star rating if it wasn't for the issues noted above.

I had to have the dash pad replaced in my 2015 F-150 XLT because it was peeling up on the front edge. Christian just handled everything including the rental car. It was all done under warranty and completed as scheduled in 2 full days. Excellent job by all involved, thank you!
