Verified CustomerJohn, we want to apologize for the shuttle delay. We normally have customers waiting for no longer than 15 minutes on shuttle rides. Your wait was a very unusual occurrence but that doesn't make it okay by any means.
We have dozens of staff members that are happy to give rides if we know that there are any time sensitive matters. We apologize for the lack of communication.
