Great Service
Where to start? Christian has his stuff together! What a great advisor. As a former service advisor, my expectations are fairly high. He is very empathetic about my needs. This trait is not anything that can be taught, it is a reflection on the type of person he is. Thank you Christian. Now for the tech. Scotty P is, and will always be, my go to tech. He knows the product like no one else. His attention to detail is something every tech should strive for. He is clean, honest, and has built his reputation with quality work in everything he does. Communication from the whole department is top notch. They were even able to hook me up with a rental while my truck was down. I am a customer for life! Thanks Mike White Ford. You continuous improvement culture is something you can be proud of.

Terrible communication
Was in to have my car checked and was supposed to be done and called by Monday at noon. I called to find out an update several times and finally had to go in. They then had my car done and it was ready to go. Would have been nice to know.

My car died
So I was having a really really really bad day… And then my car died in 80° heat in the middle of Coeur d’Alene.
A tow truck driver rescued me and took my car to the Ford garage… Where it’s sat for two days and got fixed.

My car now has a new alternator and it runs.

Life is much better now.

I'm confused
I've had a leak under my truck and in my driveway for 6 weeks.
I drive to your service center and attempt to show someone the leak but they are too busy and proceed to tell me to make an appointment for service.
I call and make a appointment for a oil change and service and asked what's wrong. I explain what I think it is. A leak in the collant Reservoir. They scheduled me for an appointment on Saturday I bring the truck in and come to find out it is a water pump and they proceeded to tell me they don't have enough time to fix it and I have to make another appointment and now I can't get that in for 2 weeks. Why is it that I have to wait 5-6 weeks now to get something fixed when I've been in there twice already

If you like to hold....
When I called to make an appt for a recall the 1st time -I was put on hold for 20+min. Called back and was told that person went to lunch. Then I couldn’t get an appt for the recall until 30+days out. Rude customer service.
However, when I took the vehicle in, the counter person was nice.
Not the same quality of service as in the past.

The salesman (Ray Coultrap) and the fleet manager (Michael Vickhammer) were great. They did everything they said they'd do plus some. The only reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because of the service department. When I took the truck in because of a noise (later determined to be check valve in the 4x4 system) the service department discounted my concern that the front hubs were not disengaging in 2H mode. When I picked up the vehicle I tested the hubs by backing up and observing the axles turned with the wheels and even showed the technician. He said it was "friction" and not to worry. Well, the vehicle had to go back in today and sure enough it has a bad transfer case computer that was not allowing the hubs to freewheel in 2H. I don't appreciate a service department that won't respect the customer and is more interested in moving vehicles through than in fixing them completely.
If someone were to want a ford I would recommend them as a place to buy but I would not recommend the service department. Of course this will be my last ford I buy since they can't even deliver a problem free vehicle from the factory.

Took my car in for a recall and Christian waited on me, I could not ask for a nicer person, plus he went the extra mile too, had someone deliver my car, came in my house and I singed the papers there. oops, I did it again!
There has always been ONE driving force that brings me back to my local Ford dealership and his name is Curley Lynch!!! My wife and I LOVE new vehicles and buying a new car can be a little stressful but Curley has always made the process seem so easy. I will say also that the attitude around the dealership the last couple times I have been in has been nothing short of very impressive! Whatever Mike White and his management team are doing, they need to keep it up!!!
