F-350 Service April 2019
Recently arranged to have my F-350 Super Duty Truck into Mike White Ford to have them check out why my check engine came on. They called within 1 1/2 hours to let me know they finished my truck. Then found out the code referred to an item that was covered under Ford Warranty. The Service Department personnel were Professional and Friendly. The truck runs great.

Great!
This place continues to amaze me! I brought my pickup in the day before my appointment, to drop it off. Not only did they do my repair right then but they also were able to squeeze in an oil change so I wouldn’t have to make the 50 mile trip the next day to pick it up. Christian was awesome to work with!!!

Frozen door recall
This is only a 3 because I have been back 3 times to have my doors fixed from not opening and not closing when it gets cold outside. Not Mike White Fords fault, they are doing everything they can to make it right, it is Fords fault and the dealer has to take all the heat for it. All of my contacts with Mike White
Ford are great and I would recommend this dealership to anyone, just not happy with Ford.

A piece of trim broke off your Ford Flex 9 miles before the warranty was up. It was replaced under warranty and in a timely manner
