Helpful attitude
Took my car in on a Saturday appointment for a rattle - couldn't fix it as needed a new part. Christian did an excellent job explaining the problem and negotiating a discount in the repair . Would have been 5 stars but no one called to let me know what was going on and when the car would be ready to go which was Wednesday. Overall 4.5 stars.

Ford Explorer
The employees at Mike White FOrd are very helpful and caring. However, I did feel that the
FOrd Motor Company let us down, by taking three weeks to get the part in to repair my
Car. Mike white FOrd got right on it when the part came in and I had my FOrd Explorer the
Next day. All is good!

Parker Ford is the worst. They sell the car, then the customer be damned. I'd rather get a root canal at the dentist than bring my Ford to Parker Ford for service!

Slow to start!
First, let me say once the vehicle was at our ford dealer they were courteous, professional
And completed the repair.
What was unacceptable was it took one day short of three weeks to have our vehicle even looked at. Because of warranty policy we had to take it to the dealer we purchased.
THREE WEEKS without or 2017 Ford escape due to an electrical problem causing the engine cooling fan to run continually even after key removal.
We should be able to take our vehicle to any certified mechanic in a situation like this!!

My car was in the shop for a corporate-mandated head gasket repair. The crew was fast and friendly. I worked mostly with Christian and he made sure I was kept up to date and taken care of every step of the process.

2018 Ford Mustang sitting iddle.
The problem still exist after a recent visit to your service dept. They replaced my battery but they failed to find out why the car shows it's still discharging on my trickle charger. this problem should have been corrected on my initial visit. Now I've had to wait another 2 weeks for your service dept to correct the problem. Total 4 weeks of being afraid to use my car fearing I'll get stuck with another dead battery again.

Always a pleasure
Had an appointment for the check engine light. Got in and waited for almost 2 hrs for them to check and fix the issue. Coomfy chairs, coffee and WiFi. When I was done reading my truck was ready. Always nice to have the service covered by warranty too.

Had it fixed and I was back to work in no time.
With a busy repair department, I had to be scheduled a ways out. To my relief I was brought in right on time, The part needed was on hand... Thank you Joe. Christian had my truck in, repaired and back to me faster than I could believe. For a busy working guy it was a great help and my truck is back to 100%. Not impressed that the wiper switch only made it to 50k miles, but glad it got replaced so quickly.

Can’t get my issue resolved with my new truck!
My truck have been in more than once for drive train issues that can’t be found. I was told I need to drive it until the problem gets worse??? Never thought I would have to deal with problems like this with a truck of this caliber and cost!!! Very disappointed.
