The only hiccup/headache I experienced was just two days after my purchase, the oil and check engine lights turned on my dash, and my car was barely running... This was extremely alarming to me as the car had just been serviced with no apparent issues just a month prior, but Toyota was extremely responsive - paid for the tow, and serviced my car with no charge.
Turns out there was no O-ring installed when the car was serviced last (at Toyota), which caused an oil leak. However, they fixed the problem, performed a health check, did a proper oil change, cleaned up the car, and sent me on my way. The service was quick and the staff members were knowledgeable and helpful. Other than that issue (which is now resolved) the overall experience was great.
