service time
my interactions with my service advisor john grosso is always excellent. he always is honest and above board when telling me what is needed to keep my vehicle in good operating condition. my only negative comment is that after I arrived for my appointment my vehicle stayed in the parking lot about 35-40 min before a mechanic brought it into the service bay. also when it was finished it sat in the parking lot another 35 min till I drove it out. I realize you have many customers to service but these wait times seems excessive..
