Excellent amenities while you wait...Oil change done quickly....Surprised to see NO cabin air filter in glove box even though we bought car 7 months ago "Certified Pre-Owned"(Yes...it's part of the check list)....I suppose if you have to go to a dealer they would be better than most but prices for most things that are simple changes are VERY HIGH(Although probably similar with other dealers)

My appointment went very well. John signed me in and the recall was completed in less than one hour. It was nice to enjoy coffee and bagels while waiting. I was completely satisfied with this service, would recommend them highly and will use this service department in the future.
