The Service Dept is run by very caring people
Even though I hate to sit and wait for my car, it is a necessary evil for me. But the dealership makes it as pleasant as possible with a tv, newspapers, bagels, coffee and even David's freshly baked cookies. Very hard to complain...:)

the customer service I received and how well I was treated
I did not realize how competitive the dealer is when is comes to repairs. I will bring my car there, going forward for any service it needs. John Grosso worked with us to make sure all of my questions were answered and I understood what needed to be done.

Quick and friendly service
Always in and out quick at Hyundai. The new waiting room is so nice with free coffee, tea or hot chocolate and they washed my car for free.

What does that mean
I spent over2,600 which included the cost of repairs to a broken headlight and a need for brakes. John Greco explained everything,and helped me get into a rental within a few minutes when I realized I couldn’t wait as I had to get into the office unexpectedly. John pointed out items that could wait and items that needed my immediate attention. I never felt like any suggestions were to increase the cost of my visit John is a total professional and very likable. I will always suggest him to any Hyundai owner although that will probably force him to work more hours
